read this review carefully before booking! do you want to be robbed? if so, well done, this is the right address! You understood: unfortunately the cleaning staff are not to be trusted. On the day of departure, I left the room with my two children and our luggages, unfortunately when I arrived at the airport I realized that my daughter's bag had been forgotten in the hotel room. Given that we had enough time we returned to the hotel... We informed the front desk, security etc but the bag was never found, never... a blue Disney bag bought few days ago and containing my daughter's camera and cuddles toys. I filed a complaint. Regarding the room: reservation made for three and two beds. On arrival a very comfortable large bed and a sofa bed not even prepared (just a sheet, no cushions or duvet) and extremely uncomfortable given the thinness of the mattress equivalent to a sheet of cigarette paper... no parking but a rather slow and expensive valet service. a shame because the swimming pool was very pleasant, the gym well equipped and the location interesting.

Baie vitrée pour accès terrasse bloquée et non réparée Surclassement offert pour statut vip, proposé mais contré surcoût de la chambre donc aucun avantage..:

This is well situated. 15min from airport, 10min from port (for cruises), Lots of activity around. Very modern. High end design. Fantastic pool area at the 10th floor. Fernando was the best host I've ever met. Akari was extremely professional. Restaurant was too trendy/fashion for me. I would love an old fashion menu on the side. Good price/quality. Will return again.

Hôtel flambant neuf. Personnel aux petits soins, chambre spacieuse et équipée de A à Z, frigo,lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, plaques, micro ondes, cafetière. Vue sur la baie et sur le Kaseya Center magnifique, piscine somptueuse, de ce coté là, absolument rien à dire, c'est parfait. Deux bémols cependant. 1- Pas de petit déjeuner compris. Au tarif de la chambre, il aurait été le bienvenu. Il peut cependant être pris sur la terrasse de la piscine, mais uniquement à la carte, d'où un prix qui grimpe assez vite. 2- Le plus gros point noir selon moi, le parking avec voiturier obligatoire au prix prohibitif de 50$/jour.

Excellent overall experience. Hotel has top notch amenities and feels regal. The only negative side to the hotel is the pool bar manager on weekends that has such a bad behaviour and attitude as if you are annoying him. Also, on sundays no towels available, and no beach towels given for the beach.

We stayed on the 41st floor with a bay view. Looked to be the best view in the city hotel wise on Biscayne. Staff is nonchalant to flat out unfriendly. Spare yourself 30 minutes waiting for valet. It is not optional and they are not staffed well enough to accommodate. We also had a package deliver there and the main staff that signed for it was dismissive and rude; valet is also dismissive, but I'd imagine they're under a lot of pressure given that they're shorthanded.

The suite we reserved and paid for had a king bed and dining area, the room we received was much smaller and had a queen bed and no dining area. We were still charged the full rate for the larger suite. The staff however was amazing and accommodating we do not hold them responsible for the mistake.

The elser is beautiful, but also very expensive, and they nickel and dime you for any and everything. Bottled water is $8 each and none is provided complimentary in-room. We requested 2 bottles of water that never came, then we’re charged for them at checkout. For a luxurious experience, maybe try providing the essentials at this price point, or at least luxurious service to match the price tag.

Thave had a wonderful time on my first solo vacation to Miami, for my 29th birthday. The Elser Hotel has surprised me every single day and the staff are top notch. I received a warm welcome, a complimentary bday gift, and quality recommendations for places to go in the area. l'a like to especially thank Jasmine for her courtesy and open communication. You have made this trip even more Vibrant. Make sure you explore all the Elser amenities and the local eateries. The Savoy Hotel Beach Club was clean, charming, and an overall great place to relax before my flight back home

Beautiful modern hotel situated right in the center of downtown Miami. The accommodations feature a complete kitchen and in-unit laundry facilities. Overall, it provided a strong sense of safety and security.

Great place to stay! Deinks by the pool are a little pricey, and i wishe they had shuttle service for the airport, but I'll be back!

We absolutely loved this place! Three adult couples shared the three bedroom suite and it was perfect. The staff are lovely, rooms are modern and clean and it’s close to shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool area was spectacular. It was so convenient to have a fridge, washer/dryer and a full kitchen to use. This is great for a large family. Don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else.

Beautiful! Beautiful Spacious rooms Beautiful Gym Beautiful pool Love the elevator strategy for safety Definitely feels like a true fancy vacation but not overpriced. Staff are all incredibly nice. Loved my stay with my husband and my 9 year old.
