We are located minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood and Miami Airport, the finest restaurants, broadwalk full of entertainment, Wallmart, Publix, GulfStream Casino, Aventura Mall and some of the most challenging 18-holes in Southern Florida.

The Tides at Hollywood Beach feature two swimming pools with extensive sun decks, beautifully landscaped grounds, two 24-hour state of the art fitness centers, a stylish ultra-contemporary lobby, concierge services, valet parking, attended front desks, and 24-hour security and access control.

CLEANING STANDARDS: We are committed to protecting our guests by providing them with a safe and healthy home away from home. In common areas, employees are working under CDC guidelines to clean and disinfect community facilities. In private areas, we have taken additional measures to ensure a clean and hygienic living space. We use hospital grade disinfectants on frequently touched surfaces including door handles, light switches, and TV remotes.

MASTER BEDROOM Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, comfortable memory foam mattress, 100% cotton linens, and a large beach facing window with blackout blinds. Private sliding glass doors lead to large balcony with daily sunrise and sunset views. Walk-in closet. 56” SmartTV equipped with Cable TV, TiVo, and Netflix.

MASTER BATHROOM Quintessential walk-in shower equipped with a spa shower head and complete with modern finishes. Hand towels, bath towels, hairdryer, and hair straightener supplied.

SECOND BEDROOM Spacious bedroom with two queen-sized beds, comfortable memory foam mattresses, 100% cotton linens, and a large beach facing window with blackout blinds. 48” SmartTV equipped with Cable TV, and Netflix.

SECOND BATHROOM Full bathroom with modern finishes. Hand towels, bath towels, hairdryer, and hair straightener supplied.

KITCHEN Modern kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with flatware, dishware and all small kitchen appliances.

ENTERTAINMENT Complimentary state of the art high-speed WiFi. 56” SmartTV equipped with Cable TV, TiVo, and Netflix.

LIVING ROOM Equipped with a high-end sofa, floor to ceiling window overlooking the InterCoastal. Glass door leads to large balcony with daily sunrise and sunset views.

COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM Community laundry room available on each floor of the building - located directly next to the service elevator in the trash room. Each laundry room has two professional grade washers and dryers that work with a chip card (provided).

Linens, towels, kitchenware, and Pack ’n Play are included. Beach chairs, beach umbrella are provided for guests. Guests may also rent chairs and umbrellas from the beachside rental company.

Too many steps to check in process, addition charges to use property not fully described in listing. Problems with toilet, dishwasher did not work. We were told if we tried the door code three times and could not get in, we would have to pay for the locksmith. Old building, one elevator out of order. Oh and some roaches to top things off.

Our family of 5 adults rented this 2 bed/2 bath condo for 6 nights in April 2025 and overall it worked well for us. It was a great location with direct beach access and was as pictured. However, there were many issues that diminished our vacation experience. The air conditioning unit was very loud and disturbed those sleeping in the 2nd bedroom where the unit is located. There was not enough silverware or plates for 5 adults who want to cook for themselves. There was an old burnt-out skillet and most of the pans were too small for cooking a large meal. And there were only two packets of dishwasher detergent. The primary bathroom toilet did not flush unless you held the handle down until the bowl completely emptied. The ventilation fan never worked. The toilet paper dispenser was barely attached to the wall. There was only the toilet paper on the roll in each bathroom. The blackout blind in the primary bedroom over the bed did not close, leaving a 14” gap, and the curtains were flimsy so the room had light coming in all through the night.There were no replacements provided and when we contacted the host about getting more she responded that “the condo is set-up as a self catering unit” and that “Walmart and Publix are both within walking distance.” So we had to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, etc.Although the property is nice and the condo was clean we would not stay here again given all the annoyances we experienced.

We stayed for the month of February at sea La vie. This was our first time staying in Hollywood for a whole month. The listing is very accurate and the unit reflects the pictures. We appreciated that the owner (Jasmine) has staff on site to aid with the check in process as there are multiple steps. Gustavo was a great help. The Jasmine and Gustavo were very quick to respond to inquiries and to provide needed items. The beds were very comfortable, and the 2 bedroom unit is roomy. We especially liked the very private outdoor balcony on the northwest corner of the building with views of both the Intracoastal (and Hard Rock guitar!) and the ocean. The balcony provided shade in the morning, and sun in the afternoon. The Tides is located within walking distance of the Broadwalk, and we walked there everyday, and enjoyed several meals on the Broadwalk. Proximity to Publix for groceries and Walmart within walking distance, provided added convenience. Parking at the Tides proved to be very convenient. We recommend Sea la Vie for your Hollywood stay.

Condo was exactly as described and in photos. Plenty of room for 5 girls on vacation. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, views from balcony were awesome. My only complaints are as follows, the garbage disposal broke our 2nd day and was never repaired so we had to plunger the sink every day to get the water to go down but not really a big deal. The other issue is the service elevator in the building also broke our 2nd day which meant people with beach chairs, food carts, luggage carts were using the 3 main elevators and caused a backup almost every day. This is on the building management and not sure why but it still was not repaired when we left. Really a great place to stay :)

We were very happy with our stay this past December! Everything was even better than described. The unit was clean and well stocked with all the supplies we needed. Gustavo was quick to respond to any questions we had and even came to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again!

The condo was very nice and updated, also very clean. Communication with owners made check in and check out very easy. A few tips for future guests: - consider bringing an extension cord or power strip. Not a lot of outlets (if you need any) - not a ton Of dishes, wish I would’ve thought to get paper plates at the grocery store - the A/C is VERY loud when it kicks on and off, enough to wake my deep sleeper toddlers up at night. Keeping the A/C set to “on” instead of “auto” helped. - but overall the condo itself was perfect for our trip!! I wish someone would’ve warned us about the property though- specifically the pool rules. I kid you not, the rules include: no flotation devices, no music, no toys, no balls, no drinks. And they are strictly enforced! Ridiculous, especially at a family friendly place. My kids knew exactly which security guards were the “no fun police” and many of the families there were really upset. I wouldn’t let that deter you from staying here, bc the facility in general is very nice. I just wish I would’ve known ahead of time bc it would have changed how we packed for the pool!

The property was as advertised and the location was perfect for a fun vacation at the beach or pool. The owner supplies beach chairs and matts which were super helpful. Great stay.
