➀ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➀ Guests will be able to access the world acclaimed pool deck, state of the art gym and spa facilities, hot and cold pools for relaxation, and sauna & steam room.

Located in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s premier financial district, this condo at Icon Brickell offers an unbeatable combination of urban energy and waterfront tranquility. Known as the "Manhattan of the South," Brickell is a vibrant neighborhood filled with high-end restaurants, trendy bars, luxury shopping, and stunning waterfront views.

Walking: This condo is in the heart of Brickell, within walking distance to Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, restaurants, bars, and shops.

Metromover (Free): The Brickell Metromover Station is just a short walk away, offering a free and convenient way to explore downtown Miami.

Metrorail & Public Transit: The Brickell Metrorail Station connects you to Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and more. Bus routes are also easily accessible.

Rideshare & Taxis: Uber & Lyft are widely available for quick and easy transportation around Miami, including South Beach and Wynwood.

Car Rental & Parking: If you prefer to drive, rental services are nearby, and valet parking is available at the building for an additional fee.

➀ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception) and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules.

➀ Please be informed that amenity passes can be collected any day of the week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

➀ Parking is NOT included. You may use the Valet

➀ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➀ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➀ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
Please take a moment to go over our additional booking policies and confirm by sending a message that you have read and agreed to the house rules.

1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.

2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.

3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved.
