De nuit à Miami pour un déplacement professionnel
hôtel un peu vieillot, qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux coup de neuf. Prestation satisfaisante cependant, même si un peu chère. Je n’ai pas testé la piscine extérieure, celle-ci n’étant ouverte que durant la journée. Pas testé non plus le restaurant, ni le petit déjeuner ou encore le restaurant. Les environs sont sympathiques , avec accès à la baie locale.

The valet parking was excellent. The lady at the reception was not the most welcoming person to say the least. The lights in the room were unplugged so we had to search for the solution by ourselves (we didnt even want to call front deak after suchva cold welcoming) and the shower curtains were really dirty.

Great location, terrible customer service. I asked them to change the sheets in my room, and they said no, and sent sheets to my room so I could change them myself. Half the elevators were not working, took uo to 10 minutes to get an elevator

I can’t give you a good review. - Expedia sold me a 4*Hotel, and it’s NOT - This almost is a building apartment rented for AirBnb. - Front Desk only the basics, ask me if I am AinBnb customer. - nobody help us with the luggage. - we request a parking espace, and is not clear if I have it. Finally used the Valet parking for an extra $36 per night. - The room was Ok , clean and comfortable. - They Do not make the room at any time, it’s not included said in front desk. - At several ours at night neighbors Guest make too much noise also at 4 am. - we don’t fell satisfy with the product we received compared to Expedia offer us. Please take actions, tell the reality and for us reimburse some money, because we paid for a full Hotel service and it’s not.

We did receive an inquiry about parking from you prior to your say in which we noted that parking is valet on premises which is 36.60 per night. We do also provide service every other day and in case of any items needing replacement in between we are more than happy to send up housekeeping to provide this. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future so we can not only meet, but exceed, your expectations.

We reserved city-side, and got room 1217-2. We were really impressed that the balcony wrapped around 2 sides of the building, giving us a view of the nice park across the street with lots of trees, a good view of the water to the left, and a city view around the other side of the balcony. The room was apartment-style, and had 2 bathrooms which we appreciated. The restaurant and bar were under renovation, but there is an outdoor restaurant directly across the street, and the food was very good. If you take a right out the front door, there is a donut shop about 2 doors down; great for grabbing coffee and a donut for the morning. A bit further in that direction brings you to an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of pro's for this location. Con's would be the unit needed some maintenance. e.g. the bathroom light flickered constantly, and the ceiling fan in the bathroom was completely clogged with dust, and the AC in the bedroom didn't work well; the bedroom seemed 10 degrees warmer than the living room area and there is only 1 thermostat. But housekeeping does a fine job - the place was clean.

Great location and views—both city and waterfront—in CG. Very clean. Restaurant not open so no bar near the pool. Not enough mirrors in room. Hair dryer smells like it’s going to catch on fire. Balcony is lovely!

When I arrived I discovered that the restaurant, the bar were both closed and had been apparently for many weeks. There was also no breakfast available as the restaurant is closed. My loo was faulty and kept running through the night. On check in I was given room1212-1. I then discovered when looking for my room that there were in fact a room 1212 and also a 1212-1 and a 1212-2 which was confusing and I needed to ask which room 1212 was actually mine. Interestingly there is no 13th floor-they might do better to concentrate on the other issues than bad luck numbers. Overall very disappointing.

Be prepared to pay for parking
Hotel was okay. Location was good. View from room was nice. Even of other buildings and slight view of marina. We love the area. Only 20 minutes from Wynwood arts district and walking district to a few restaurants. Room had a crack in the tub, and neighbors were loud but we tuned them out with the ac. Slept good. Large gap in front doorway around door, dust on ac vents, but all in all, not too bad. “Valet parking only” we were told. So I first had my car parked next door for $35 a night, but decided to go ahead and valet as we were told it’s “part of the package we bought” when we booked on hotels.com. We tipped out $5 each time coming and going. And the valet needed training. They simply weren’t anywhere near prompt or attentive. Slow and distracted was better wording. Especially on the night shift, and then they forgot to put the location on our car. So I go the keys from the dayshift guy when checking out and drove it out, myself. When we left, they told us rhe $60 hold on our card was for “incidentals” it was quickly put but back on, however we were charged over $36 for the “valet” so that made our mediocre experience even worse. Just bad communication and valet lacking customer service skills.

The valet isn’t prompt to greet upon check in. Not knowing if parking was available and waiting for check in made us feel like the car was constantly in the way. We had to move the car repeatedly before knowing that we had to valet the car. The check in process was not prompt making us feel like we were a pain… They brag about their amenities. The restaurant wasn’t open but we were not told nor aware of all available things to do. This place seemed more like a place for residents and/or privately rented rooms. Great location! Great view! Comfortable room!

Dirty room for the $500 price per night, you would think that someone would clean the handle of the sliding glass door. It was obvious that no one had cleaned the handle in years, the dirt was caked on. If you cant clean a handle on a door then what else are they not cleaning or changing. We have stayed their for years, every time the Coconut Grove Art Show is going on, but not anymore, the wife and I agreed this is the last time for the Arya!

The hotel should have let guests know that they were no longer serving breakfast because the resteraunt is being renovated. with young kids this was extremely annoying having to go out every day looking for breakfast and paying extra when I had assumed it was going to be included.
