Le personnel du front desk se fout complètement des clients. Le prix est surévalué pour l’état de l’hôtel. La piscine est fermée. Bien que central, le quartier n’est pas agréable. C’est triste de voir tous ces itinérants qui côtoient autant de richesse (concessionnaire Ferrari, etc). Ça sent fort l’urine quand on marche dans le quartier.

Hope your travels were great. At the Hilton Downtown Miami, we don't offer bike rental, but there is the option of the city rentals. I will share your feedback with my housekeeping team to ensure they are used to improve our guest's experience. At the moment we are under renovations which is gradually taking place this year. We hope you will consider staying with us in the future.

Pas de passage du service de chambre
J’ai passé un bon séjour dans l’hôtel en règle générale. Le point négatif était l’entretien de la chambre. Le service d’entretien est passé uniquement le 2ieme jour et plus rien pendant 6 jours. Lorsque je demandais le passage, on m’indiquait que ma chambre n’était pas la liste.

Property was old and in need of a renovation. AC didn't work well. Just a close location to the cruise port.

The hotel staff were fantastic and so helpful. The hotel itself is fine and it was a nice stay. The metro mover was conveniently around the corner and it was nice that bus was easy to get to as well.

I liked the view although i wish it had a balcony but it was still perfect to me and the customer service was perfect as well

Great, uber from their location is cheap, everything is nearby. The food at their restaurant is great n way cheaper than the stuff in Miami.
