Fabulous 1 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment

Fabulous 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped, beautifully decorated, and accommodating for families of up to 8 people. Bedroom includes 2 Queen Beds, Full Bathroom, Walk-In Closet + Additional Closet Space, And Flat Screen 4K Smart TV. Additionally there's a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, And Coffee Maker. Dining Room seats 6 , spacious modern living room with 4K Smart TV and Custom Built In Wall Unit With 2 Full Size Murphy Beds. Access to Laundry and Amenities. 1 Mile To The Hollywood Boardwalk. Walking Distance To Restaurants, Supermarkets, and Nightlife.
*PLEASE NOTE: Pool is temporarily closed for maintenance and remodel. Beach access is still available. Reduced rates are provided for the inconvenience.
Please follow our very simple rules:
1. No smoking/vaping - Violation Fee $350.00
2. No pets - Violation Fee $500.00
3. No parties.
4. Only guests who are on the reservation can stay in the unit.

Other things to note:

1. We provide 1 key fob with our unit.
* Each additional key fob will be $50.00
* The fee for a key fob that is lost/damaged will be $100

2. We provide 1 laundry card, which you are responsible to fill.
* The fee for a laundry card that is lost/damaged will be $5.00
* Laundry room is conveniently located down the hall by the elevators.
* Laundry card can be filled on the lobby level by the main elevators.

3. We provide 1 complimentary valet tag ( for 1 vehicle only )
* The fee for a lost/damaged valet tag will be $100
* You will have to pay for any extra vehicles.

4. Broken Items will be charged upon assessment. Please let us know if something is broken, so that we can make sure to replace it for our next guests.

5. Trash - Please take out the trash every day! The trash chute is located down the hall by the elevators. This will ensure that the unit stays clean, and bug free!

5. Preserve Energy - We would appreciate if you could turn off all the lights / Air conditioning when you leave the unit each day!

This was a great place to stay. Great location for a good price. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was also decorated super cute and had all of the essentials. The water pressure in both the kitchen and bathrooms was great and temperature hot, which is important for me. The hosts also had excellent communication. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Pros and Cons

Pros: This is a nice unit in a good building in a great location. Cons: We identified a few problems immediately after arriving. There was no furniture on the balcony, the blind in the bedroom was broken and couldn’t be raised or lowered, and the grout in the shower was moldy. I texted our host and she merely claimed that the unit had been cleaned and she didn’t understand what I meant about the blind. We heard nothing more from her until 4 days later when she brought us the outdoor furniture. By then we had noticed there were no kitchen towels, the ice maker didn’t work and one of the remotes had no batteries. She was very friendly and said she could bring us towels and batteries right away. She did bring batteries, but no towels. We didn’t hear from her again until the night before we left. She brought towels, ice cube trays and some more bowls. I would not have written this review if she had been more attentive and timely. This unit has not been well cared for. We had to climb on a chair every morning and night to raise or lower the blinds. Also, there is construction noise going on right outside almost 24/7. This is not mentioned in the listing.

Beach getaway.

Great location! On the beach. Our family had a wonderful stay. The place has all the basic necessities you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our host was FANTASTIC and very attentive to any of our needs. We will definitely be returning.

Great Beach

This place is right on the beach, has a big pool, and a gym thats under construction. We got a free valet parking pass with our stay which was great. Downside, no restaurants in this complex and must be staying at the ones around to go to their restaurants which is crazy. You will have to drive for entertainment and restaurants. Condo was nice, decent partial view of the ocean but lots of construction noise happening on the complex.

After our original host canceling abruptly on March break week, Eli & Hana were so kind. They allowed us to get in quite early and did what they could to help us enjoy the rest of our week, (we didn’t get this unit till two days after our original check in due to how VRBO handles these situations). Eli and Hana restored seeing how good people can be. The unit is clean and bright. The Murphy beds were a hit. Great view of the ocean and great location. Nice pool area and never had to fight for chairs, and we needed 5 ! Thank you Eli & Hana âŁïž
