Hotel propre et chambre confortable mais on nous demande de monter par l'ascenseur de service sans explication qui est très sale. Alarme incendie qui s’est déclenchée à une heure du matin mais très faiblement. Finalement il y avait un incendie et tout le monde n'a pas entendu l'alarme.Heureusement le feu a été vite maîtrisé par les pompiers. Aucune explication de fourni par le personnel alors que nous avons passé une heure en pleine nuit dans la rue. Certaines personnes avaient froid et rien n'a été proposé par l'hôtel.

It says that there are free parking but you have to pay an extra 20$ parking by yourself or 58$ with a valet.

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement. Hôtel magnifique et propre. Cependant, seul bémol, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées ! On a l'impression que les voitures roulent dans la chambre et c'est désagréable en journée comme en soirée.

We stayed there one night and it was useful as we were leaving for a cruise and it is really close to the port. But it is terribly noisy, the food for breakfast was awful, from what I saw the pool was very dirty, staff was just ok. And one of the reason I stayed there was the shuttle to the port but it was 12$ per person and we were 4. So we took a Uber instead for 13$, so a very good option!

Sympathique et bien placé
Tout proche du centre ville et du metro loop donc tres pratique. L'endroit est calme et il y a des bars et restaurants tout près c'est pratique. L'hotel n'est pas tres récent, mais bien entretenu. Nous avons été content de otre choix et de notre séjour.

Traffic downtown Miami is ridiculous. Reasonable parkinf for todays oversized vehicles does not exist since most garages are no height more than 6.5 feet. Hotel does offer valet but it is very expensive. The major plus for this hotel is the close proximity to the port. Very down side is most restaurants within walking distance are closed. Not much to choose from without having to walk 20 minutes or more in blistering Miami heat.
