Modern hotel that has all the amenities. I loved that the room is controlled with an iPad. Right in the center of Brickell. Rooms suitable for one person or a couple. I would return without a doubt.

This property was unique. Love the location loved all the high-tech amenities, including check-in lights in the room. I would say, though that if you are traveling for more than two days with large luggage, the room is a might too small.

The greatest feature about CitizenM Brickell was the property interior setup. The staff was on point and that was great too. The downside was the language barrier with the cleaning crew: no of them could speak English except their supervisors. The worst part about the stay is that they had no laundry and no accommodations for one except an online service. Other than those issues, the place was a great spot to sojourn.

Absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Pool and lobby area are just beautiful. Great atmosphere, great vibe. And although rooms are too small but I really enjoyed the futuristic aspect to it and using all possible spaces. Lastly, beds and pillows are very comfortable
