This mandatory fee covers beach service (2 chairs, umbrella, towels).
• 1-14 nights: $40/day (+tax)
• 15-29 nights: $35/day (+tax)
• 30+ nights: $30/day (+tax)
🛡️ Security Deposit:
A refundable $250 hold is required on a credit card at check-in.
🚗 Optional Valet Parking:
• Daily: $35/day (+tax)
• Monthly rates available.
📦 Package Reception:
A fee of $5.50 per package applies during business hours (8 AM - 4 PM)
