Upon arrival, guests are requested to show their ID to our security team for identity verification. Once their identity has been validated, guests will be granted access to the apartment building. To enter the apartment itself, guests will receive a unique access code via Airbnb, which they can enter into the keyless keypad located near the apartment door. After inputting the code, guests simply press the "Enter" or "Confirm" button at the bottom of the keypad to unlock the door and gain entry.

There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and landmarks nearby that can be easily explored on foot. However, for those who wish to venture further or explore areas outside of Polanco, we highly recommend utilizing Uber as the preferred method of transportation. Uber offers a recommended and hassle-free transport option for our guests to make the most of their time in Mexico City.
