« I felt very secure about my booking because of the easy contact with the owner and management company. Check in was perfect. The apartment looks mostly like the photos. The kitchen is excellent. « My brothers and I had a great time for our first time visiting Mexico City. The location of the property is great for exploring the Polanco area, and close to the surrounding colonias. We felt like we were home, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. We would stay here again for any future visits to Mexico City. »

« I flew to Mexico and the owner never answered his phone or any messages on how to get into the property. I called VrBO and they were unable to help. I had to use a different company to find a place to stay for the week. I need a full refund and future credit. »

« This property is in a quieter residential part of Mexico City but still a quick Uber ride to Chapultepec Park and Polanco. We enjoyed our time just looking out the windows or on the rooftop patio. Alex was incredibly helpful and attentive. It felt like a home away from home. »
