« Un endroit magique, paisible et reposant mais surtout des hôtes John et Dianne très accueillants, généreux qui ont fait de notre séjour un délice : la bergerie, toute équipée, rénovée avec goût, les journées farniente autour de la piscine, les visites à Florence, Cortone, Arezzo mais aussi la vallée d'Orcia, et les conseils de John pour visiter ces villages typiques hors des sentiers battus Anghiari, Citerna et Monterchi. « Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. « We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf! »
