We really appreciated the hotel staff and the rooftop bar â both were fantastic. Ebony, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and we truly appreciated her kindness.
However, the hotel itself definitely needs some upgrades. The carpets in the rooms and hallways had noticeable stains, and there was no ice machine on the floorsâyou have to get ice from downstairs. Thereâs also no microwave in the rooms, only one available in the lobby. The vents were clogged with lint and dust, which was tough for my allergies and made it hard to sleep.
For the price we paid, the experience didnât quite meet expectations. The location is great, but the hotel needs some serious maintenance and improvements. We actually ended up leaving a day early on our 19th anniversary because of these issues.
