J’ai été très déçu de cet hôtel . Non pas par rapport à la qualité du lieu car il est très beau mais surtout parce que ils cherchent à soutirer de l’argent par tout les moyens . J’ai réservé 2 chambres pour les nuit du 14 au 16 février 2024 J’ai payé la moitié de la réservation au moment de ma réservation le 18 janvier 2024 J’ai payé l’autre moitié le 14 février au moment de mon Check in . Lorsque je suis parti ils ont voulu absolument me faire payer la première moitié car ils disaient que je ne l’avais pas payé malgré les preuves en main de mon paiement . Ils m’ont retardé de 2h sur mon départ alors que j’avais 600kms à faire . Tout ça pour au final me dire que c’est expédia qui ne leurs avais pas envoyé le reçu du premier paiement . Je suis donc parti . Le lundi 19 février ils ont encore essayer de me prélever SANS AUCUNE AUTORISATION DE MA PART 619,18€ . Ils ont essayés de me prélever ce montant 2 FOIS ! ils ne m’ont pas remboursé mes deposit NON PLUS c’est un scandale

The pyramid and Bass Pro Shop are great. We had a wonderful experience. The Big Cyprus Lodge is unique but the rooms are showing wear to the point of dingy. Very dimly lit bathroom stall in the room, quite odd. Also, the restaurant and observation deck area is looking a like it is in need of a refressh.earn

Miscommunication about the jacuzzi tub. It was small only the standard bathtub size so it only fit one person at a time. Also I had to check in twice. And there was no communication about where to get breakfast. It was a lot of money spent to get from a room with unlisted amenities. In there brochures it said to look for listed amenities. I never found them. I checked the website and found the only amenities was a free ride to the top floor viewing area. I had a disappointing stay.

This place is for EVERYONE.....what an amazing experience. I highly recommend. My only issue is with the staff...not very communicative or knowledgable about their jobs. Valet parking was a constant issue as well....short staffed. Expect to take more time waiting for your car and start earlier so you won't be late.

Our stay at Cypress Lodge could not have been any better. The rooms were absolutely awesome and created such a great ambience with its cabin in the woods decor! We loved the screened in porch overlooking bass pro shops! Having free transportation to everything in a 3 mile radius was extra special! Loved the views from the Lookout at the top of the pyramid! We were so sad to leave but know we will come back in the future!

We loved the facility, had issues with loud neighbours as the rooms are definitely not insulated as well as you would hope but the staff were amazing and helpful. We utilized their shuttle service multiple times to go downtown and the drivers were always friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go. I highly recommend you stay at least one night here if you are a tourist, or just someone who lives to fish and hunt

Beautiful hotel that’s not typical. The whole experience is different with big log cabin style rooms and being part of the huge Bass Pro shop. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing rooms and views. Absolutely no noise makes it's way into the rooms. Valet parking is fenced in and secured. Fantastic staff very welcoming and help of the local area.

Loved the setting found the toilet room very DARK. Found it odd that at 10:30 am there were no bellmen and had to go to the front desk to get a trolley to move my own luggage downstairs. That was a sharp contrast to the wonderful service we received from the bellman Jeffrey the evening before when we checked in.

This property is highly unique. I travel quite a bit and have never had the pleasure of staying in a pimped-out treehouse. It awakened the little boy in me. I wished there were more of these around the country. The design and layout of the property, along with the decoration, are exquisite. The staff is filled with Southern hospitality. The check-in team was accommodating and knowledgeable about places to eat and visit. The shopping and selection of items are as unique as the resort itself. In short, I would return to Memphis to stay here. The downside is that there is no other development around the property; it is a stand-alone attraction. However, with the observation deck, one could argue it may not need anything else. The restaurant was underwhelming, and the floor was sticky. As a result, I chose not to eat there, so I could not comment on the food. I give this property 9.3 out of 10 stars.

Very cool experience to stay in the Memphis pyramid. Rooms were rustic. Ours looked out over the “swamp” area of Bass Pro Shop, which was great. A few things to drop from 5 to 4 stars: Mandatory resort fee and $20 overnight parking fee. Dont think these were fully disclosed. Staffing was light at bars and restaurants leading to long waits The sales tax is obnoxious. There is a tax in excess of TN state sales tax. Again, not disclosed. Indoor rooms can get loud.

If you have mobility issues only come here to look at the exhibits. Lots to see. I am handicapped and spending the night was a nightmare. The beds were horrible. Had to climb in and out which I couldn’t do by myself so my daughter had to wake up every time I needed to get up. I finally sat in a chair until morning. Neither of us got sleep. It was an expensive nightmare. Everything considered the food options were few and uninspiring but the staff was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The girl taking pictures at the lookout was very pushy and showed poor taste. She kept coming up and interfering with our professional photo shoot. I had called a month in advance to get permission to do a vow renewal up there. All in all we had an amazing time. She just kept interrupting our special moment.
