About this space
This single family home built in 1926 is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located close to downtown Melbourne, beaches, golf course and Florida Tech. A perfect home base for all the Orlando attractions and the Space Center.
The space
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a large fully equipped kitchen, inside and outside dining area, three seating areas to relax in, the living room which has a 50" TV, sunporch and the outside patio with seating and a gas grill. Large laundry room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with walk in shower) and parking in the driveway. Everything you need for your get away.

Kitchen was large and had all the equipment we needed. Some of the lower cupboards had crumbs and food particles in them. Toaster and some other appliances had to be cleaned out before use. We appreciated all the amenities that came with our stay. There were plenty of towels and bathroom accessories. The house was conveniently located.

Wonderful rental. Immaculate, comfortable, and well stocked with cookware, spices, shower, and laundry supplies. The kitchen great for preparing meala. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to anywhere in the Space Coast area. Will not hesitate to stay here again, if I have the chance.

A friend and I stayed for 5 days for a quilting retreat. The home is immaculate, decorated tastefully and has great natural light. The kitchen is by far the best stocked one of all the homes we have stayed in over the years. This is a thoughtful host who has thought of everything. We will stay again!

An Absolutely Perfect Stay

Our recent VRBO stay was simply outstanding, exceeding all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was very clean and meticulously maintained. It was such a relief to walk into a spotless and welcoming space.The listing itself was incredibly accurate; the home was exactly as described, if not even better in person. There were no surprises, and everything from the amenities to the layout matched the description perfectly.Communication with the host was top-notch. Loved this house online, even more adorable in person.A lovely house well cared for and in a good location.Full, huge, beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly think of in it. And a gorgeous porch on the back of the house to sit and enjoy your morning coffee, and a quiet back yard space. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful month away

We both work from home so we decided to escape winter for a month. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, nice yard with gas grill. It was very convenient to the little city area of Melbourne, Eau Gallie and even across the bridge to the beaches. We enjoyed golf, Turkey Creek sanctuary and kayaking., the harbor and several restaurants. Owner was super responsive to questions and a minor repair, rooms are spacious and wifi great. Perfect home away from home

I had the good fortune of staying at the 1926 house and it was amazing. Donna the owner was very quick to reply to any questions/messages and the house was extremely clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and located near lots of amenities. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Cozy historic home

We enjoyed this home while we were in town for a doctor's appointment for our son. The house has been given so much love and is beautifully decorated. It was absolutely spotless! It has comfortable beds and wonderful parking. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many stores and restaurants close by. The owner is very kind and quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely and Immaculate

I selected this property based on its excellent ratings. It did not disappoint. My adult son and I traveled to the area to attend another son's AF Change-of-Command ceremony. This 2 bedroom,/2 bath was perfect. The property is well furnished and equipped - comfortable, attractive, and clean. Hard to believe this is a 1926 house; it is extremely well maintained. The host has given careful attention to all details to ensure a welcoming and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay-Close to Everything

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect home base away from the fields. It was close to the beach and only 25 minutes from the complex and was close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with Donna was great and the house was immaculate. Fantastic property! Spacious two bedroom, two bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful backyard with patio furniture and grill. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. Bathrooms stocked with toilet paper and towels. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Close to grocery store. About 30 minutes to beach. Would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very accommodating and easy to reach.
