Will be staying here everytime we come to Melbourne. Absolutely beautiful rooms with amazing views. The staff are all so lovely especially at Dinner time with a staff named Julia she goes above and beyond everytime and for anyone. Thank you for a beautiful honeymoon Pullman and we can’t wait to come back again❤️

Fantastic service. Was greeted at our Uber by a lovely lady who asked if it was our first time at the Pullman. She showed us to the desk to check in and said hope you enjoy your stay. Our view from the 15th floor was incredible, views of the mcg and the city. Room was impeccably clean. Pool was lovely and the clivedon bar food was lovely. Can’t fault it.

We went to the tennis so super convenient. The in room dining system didn’t work well online and there were very limited options.

This was a very nice stay. It was quite spotless and everything was of very high quality. The breakfast service had a wide range of good food. Check-in was smooth and very pleasant, even in the early hours of the morning. Parking was a a little difficult with some narrow carparks and at times very full. The ticket machine was also broken so this required some discussion via the intercom to get out and collecting some tickets from the front desk. The room was immaculate and had an amazing view, and all the furnishings were high quality. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out if there was a way to turn off individual lights in the room. It seems like the new upgrades include a high tech lighting system where they all come on or go off together, unless I just couldn't figure it out. This didn't work well when I got up early while others were still asleep. The executive lounge was very nice with excellent service, a great view, and facilities perfect for either unwinding in the evening, or getting some work done away from the room at times. The pool looked amazing, but being an outdoor pool it was just a bit too cold to enjoy this time of year. The park right across the road is great for a nice stroll, and there are some excellent dining options very close as well. We had a very good stay and would be very happy to stay here again.

We then were delayed by waiting on replacements parts to come from interstate. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, staff were attentive, kind, professional and provided me with a level of service that I could only hope could be emulated elsewhere.
