Nous avions réservés une chambre pour 3 personnes, la troisième personne à eu droit à un lit d'appoint. Fuites d'eau dans la douche... WiFi payant après 30 mn gratuites... Ne vous levez pas trop tard, sinon, votre chambre ne sera jamais faite.... Non... Je ne retournerais pas chez Oaks hôtels. .... Très déçu et par l'hôtel et par hôtels.com, pour le descriptif de la chambre et des services associés...

The location is great and the price for Melbourne is allright, only things are the bathroom with only a glass separation with the room okay for 1 person, probably not for more, and the internet access, except than that, good place

tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir sejourner a Melbourne quand on y arrive, l'emplacement est ideal, le tarif est honnete par rapport au prix en ville, seul reproche la salle de bain avec juste une porte vitre sur la chambre,plus adapter a un sejour business

Oak on Collins.
L'hôtel est bien situé dans Melbourne, en plein centre ville. Le confort (pour 3 adultes) est limite: le lit d'appoint ne permet pas de circulation réelle autour du mobilier, faute de place suffisante. La salle d'eau, très étroite, est annexée à la partie couchage, si bien que la 3ème personne doit la traverser pour accéder aux toilettes! Je pense que la direction de l'hôtel ne devrait pas dans ce cas laisser croire que la chambre convient pour 3 adultes! L'isolation phonique n'est pas très bonne. Le bruit de la rue est nettement perceptible jusqu'au 15ème étage. Voilà pour les points négatifs. En ce qui concerne les services, ils sont bons. Le mode de facturation d'Internet est intéressant, les petits déjeuners sont bons, copieux et peu coûteux. J'aurais pu recommander cette chambre pour deux occupants, pas pour 3!

It was in a great location and the suite was spacious but the bathroom was disappointing, it appeared to be an additional afterthought. It was tiny and there was very little water in the shower, we won’t be booking it again

The property is ok ! Very basic room did have all amenities that were needed if you were staying for a few days . Shower water pressure not great ! The quilt cover had dirty marks on it . Good coffee machine 😊 We had a nice stay ,definitely stayed in more inviting accommodation.

Check in was not fun, no smiles or chatter from the staff member Zee. Not clean and broken shelves and tiles. Tiny closet of a bathroom and complimentary coffee pods had broken seales. Nemthi was great on check out, very lovely and pleasant to deal with.

Centrally located. Some stairs to enter the building so recommend using entrance via wheelchair entrance a few metres down the road if have large luggage or issues with stairs. Rooms overlooking the back alley are nice but a little dark, and later in the week have noise from the bar next door. Would recommend for short stays

The bed was comfortable. The apartment was a very poor design. A big room with a lot of empty space. The bed was very close to the toilet and bathroom which was enclosed in glass. Only one bedside table and no bedside draws. Not enough hanging space or drawers. No carpet. Laundry facilities were shared and coin operated. No laundry powder supplied, had to purchase a sachet of powder from reception. Wouldn't stay there again

Its was really bad experience. Customer service absolutely rubbish. Misleading customer service. The receptionist pick up his private phone and asked his colleague to come to cover his place because his break started. Absolutely bad experience.

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert. It's in a great location in a quieter section of the city. It's a very walkable distance to lots of places. The room itself is very spacious. They could have made the bathrooms a bit bigger as there isn't much room to place clothes or towels - let alone makeup and skin care. The glass partition didn't offer much in terms of privacy but I guess if you were to share a room with someone, then it's not too big of a deal. The front desk staff did give us cute little friendship bracelet kits for the concert which was thoughtful and nice. Great 2 nights stay!

My daughters and I had an amazing weekend here for the Eras tour. Check in was fast, the room was tidy and had more than enough space for the four of us. It’s located close to the sky bus terminal and walking distance to a number of great eating places. Public transport is close by and it was very easy to get to the MCG for the concert , although we did choose to walk back due to the vast number of people on public transport after the concert- it was only 30mins or so.
