My recent stay at your hotel presented several significant concerns regarding the overall guest experience.
Upon arrival, the primary entrance from which we entered lacked clear signage directing guests to elevator access for the second-floor reception. This necessitated carrying heavy luggage up the stairs. Even when contacted by phone, reception did not proactively guide us to an accessible entrance with a lift.
The room assigned was located directly facing a main highway, resulting in considerable noise disturbance throughout our stay. When I requested a quieter room, the receptionist was initially resistant. Although I agreed to pay an additional charge for an alternative room on the opposite side of the lobby, I was then informed that a change was not possible without paying for both rooms, as I had briefly used the toilet and housekeeping had departed for the day. This policy felt inflexible and did not prioritize guest comfort.
Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast was a notable disappointment. It was poorly cooked, lacked flavor, and offered very limited options. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the breakfast service to future guests.
These aspects combined highlight areas where improvements in guest communication, flexibility, and service quality could significantly enhance the experience for visitors.
