The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. « Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend.
