Close to Mavilette Beach
We were greeted by Lee on arrival and shown to our home for the weekend. Nice clean studio type apartment with lots of amenities. Comfortable bed, and nice powerful shower. Pet friendly too which was a bonus Mavilette Beach is just a 3 minute drive away.

Two glorious weeks in Mavillette
Friendly and helpful host. Great location… quiet and picturesque… 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach… 20 minutes from Yarmouth and 60 from Digby… close to all amenities… including great golf. Accommodations clean and spacious. Great value!!!

Funky Smell
The host was super nice so I feel bad writing this but I have to. The room we stayed in was super nice but there was a funky smell everywhere: towels, sheets, pillowcases, in the air. My girlfriend described it as pond water. It lingered on our clothes and bodies for a day afterward. The water also tasted a little funny.

Hi Mason. I am sorry you felt this way. I can assure you that all bedding, towels and the entire unit is thoroughly cleaned between guest stays. I went into the unit after your comments and I smell absolutely nothing. We are on a well system, but have a top of the line filtration system. No previous guests have ever made complaints about these particular issues.

Amazing stay!
This was a perfect end to our trip in Nova Scotia. Lovely place, exactly as described. Loved using the kayaks for a relaxing evening paddle.

The property was neat and clean. THE INSIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS VERY CLEAN AND THEY HAD ECERTHING WE WE WOULD HAVE BROUGHT OUTSELVES.

Best vacation trip
Lee and Kat were absolutely amazing hosts and they property was so beautiful in such a good spot for going to the beach and such a beautiful river in the back. It was an absolute pleasure being able to stay there for a week. Thank you very much.

Nice clean relaxing spot. We will likely be returning. A bence at the riverside would be nice just to relax and a fan to circulate the air on hot days.
