« Our experience was not great. First of all, we didn't get the private place that we booked (the day before). The responsible staff was not reachable and they were not responding to the messages. The wifi was too slow. We had to wait for half a day for the staff to respond. We also did not get the massage that we requested. »

"Worst hotel in Sri Lanka and we had a horrible experience there. Extremely dirty and the staff did nothing. They were laughing instead of acknowledging their mistake and apologising. Everything was dirty and especially the bathroom. No towels an asked us to wait for 2h if we Plugs did not work. Woke us up at 7am for no reason. Terrible experience and would not recommend it at all. want ed some. "
