It was very comfortable to have a person who is always there for you when you need sth or have questions. Malith was great and we loved him very much. He was always nice and professional. « We did not enjoy the hotel. It is very basic, not as described. The pool was not clean so we did not use it. The location is not convenient, since it is quite far from the beach. »

It is genuinely better than what you get to see in pictures, the staff is extremely helpful. They did support our early check-in request, the staff fulfilled everything we needed.
