« Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again. »

« I wasn't used to using VRBO so had a little difficulty using my phone to do so, but the apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. Be aware that it is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the townhouse, but it is in a quiet neighborhood with dining places nearby and isn't very far from the Arch and beautiful parks. Easy to find. I would stay there again. »

« Overall good experience, pretty quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and tidy. Only complaint we had was parking. There’s only one parking spot and other vehicles have to park at various streets a block or two away if you can get an open spot. Other than that everything was great! »

« Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard! »

« Checking in was a bit confusing as the address given was not the side I stayed in. It was smaller in person than on the pictures but overall the stay was nice, would book again. »

« We loved that parking was easy and the neighborhood was very walkable. It may be too far away for some folks, but we were able to walk to the Botanic Garden and have a nice outing. Everything about the stay was easy and we appreciated that the hosts had things set up to meet our needs when we arrived. »

« Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

« We stayed over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. Everything went smooth except for a couple of major concerns. The hand rail going upstairs was completely pulled out of the wall on one end. This is dangerous for going up and down the steps. The back door deadbolt is also broken. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she was contacting the owner and said somebody should come out to fix at least the railing. No one ever showed up. Everything else was great. »

« Very nice place to stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis - most everything is close by. Across the street is Tower Grove Park - lots to do their. Try to go to Friday Food Trucks if you can. That was fun. The duplex was clean and quiet and very. I would definitely stay there again. »

« All in all good stay. Did’t like they can listen in on conversation with the systems they have in the kitchen. Siding was knocking on the outside wall, but would a guess it blew off in the wind storm the day before we arrived. Nice clean place »

« The house was great for my dad, brother and I. We took a weekend baseball trip and the 3 bedrooms worked well. The house is close to some great restaurants and was a 10 minute drive to Busch Stadium. We will definitely stay here when we come back. »

« Great location, close to everything downtown. Quiet area for being downtown in the city. Host was excellent will definitely stay again when in St.Louis! »

« Overall, a very good impression. Specifically, a few minor things. The Keurig coffee maker isn't working properly. The electrical outlet to the left of the kitchen sink has a prong broken off in the outlet. This was like this when we got there. It would be nice to have some Ziploc bags and containers for leftover food storage. An inexpensive but nice convenience. Otherwise, a very nice experience. »
