« Unfortunately we need to leave a bad review. The only saving grace was the communication-Dan was very responsive. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the house when we arrived. The home was far from clean, and we immediately noticed several issues: ants all over the floor in one room, little pieces of trash scattered throughout the rooms, large dust and hair piles along walls, fans had inches of dust on them, mail was covering the entryway, toothpaste splattered on the bathroom...

« We arrived at the townhouse and the bed sheets on every bed were stained and had hair on them. The floors had garbage on the floor. The bathroom curtains had mold and the toilets were dirty. We didn’t take towels since it was listed on there but the ones they had were dirty we had to go buy some. One of the bed was broken and the freezer didn’t work either I communicated all of this to the host and received to no respond. »

« We had a group of 11 women staying and we were all comfortable. There was enough bathroom space and bathroom towels for all of us. A few towels and cleaning cloths for the kitchen would have been appreciated. We did not have any issues parking and we had 3 cars. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable! Easy access for us as we were here for a tennis tournament and the Dwight Davis Tennis Center was very close! We had one question that we asked the host about and it was answered promptly! »

« Upon arriving it was very easy to find the spots to park out front and the spot provided for the rental. It was conveniently located to the activities we planned and the beds were a great size and clean and showers were hot. Some concerns we had was that the rental did not reflect most of the pictures advertised as posted on the listing. The couch was dirty and full of stains, the remote to the tv did not work and wouldn’t turn on even after trying the instructions sent. The walls in every room...
