« Amazing service. The staff has been very helpful and nice. Only 5 minutes to the old town with bus , pretty good location too. Very clean . »

« The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...

« Otel ve odalar ferah, temiz ve konforlu...personel sicak ve samimi. Ucretsiz kapali otoparki olmasi Yaz aylarinda Mardin'de avantaj oluşturuyor. Kahvaltı idare eder. »

« Everything was perfect! The manager, Nuh was very helpful and his staff, Sali and Ayup were friendly and attentive, making sure our visit was everything we wished for....we had a free room upgrade too....and, the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey, and we have travelled extensively across this beautiful country ❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷 »

« I unfortunately cannot write a positive review due to the room we stayed in ("Sana"), which resulted in a very uncomfortable experience. While the staff working there were kind and polite, the room itself was a major disappointment. It was extremely humid, and the toilet and shower area were definitely not clean. Neither the TV nor the Wi-Fi worked during our stay, and the door was broken—it wouldn't stay closed unless locked. Additionally, when we arrived at night, it was cold, but we were only...

« 👌 perfect. Çalışanlar gayet güzel ve başarılı. »
