« The price for the room and the beds were the only good things about our stay. The staff does not speak English at all, not even reception. At the spa the girl there did not understand the words swimming pool or towel, quite bad and impossible to communicate, then afterwards they wanted to charge us for tue swimming cap without telling first about it. The breakfast was Ok, but no coffee at all! Only instant coffee and the coffee machine, Nescafé, which was broken. A real shame since Turkey has...

« Otelin konumu çok güzeldi ancak konumu nedeniyle park yeri problemi vardı. Park yeri bulmak isteyenlerin akşam-gece saatlerinde gelmeleri takdirde daha kolay olur. İşin komik tarafı yukarı terası akşam yemeği için rezerve etmeniz gerekiyor. Rezervasyonunuz yoksa ve masalar doluysa bildiğin sizi reddedebiliyorlar. Otel’de konaklayanlar olarak otelin kendi terasında yemek yiyemiyorsunuz. Bunun haricinde oda temiz ve ferahtı, manzara da çok güzeldi. »

« On a passer un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel tous était parfais, le personnel, le déjeuné, la propreté, la chambre bien spacieuse le confort puis l’emplacement aussi on était pas loin de l’ancienne ville de Mardin qui était aussi magnifique, l’hôtel vaut c’est étoile et je reviendrais sans hésité👍 Merci pour tous »

« Amazing service. The staff has been very helpful and nice. Only 5 minutes to the old town with bus , pretty good location too. Very clean . »

« The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. »
