« The price for the room and the beds were the only good things about our stay. The staff does not speak English at all, not even reception. At the spa the girl there did not understand the words swimming pool or towel, quite bad and impossible to communicate, then afterwards they wanted to charge us for tue swimming cap without telling first about it. The breakfast was Ok, but no coffee at all! Only instant coffee and the coffee machine, Nescafé, which was broken. A real shame since Turkey has...

« The room was clean the stuff was amazing they were extremely helpful. Parking is a real struggle in mardin but they helped us to find parking. It was a great experience we had. We only wish they had crib for baby it will be better but we managed it well. »

« Le séjour s’est bien passé personnel à l’écoute, par contre l’hôtel se trouve dans une Ruel inaccessible en voiture. Parcours assez fatiguant avec les valises au vu des pentes. Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes nous nous sommes retrouvé à une chambre de trois, le troisième matelas est arrivé par la suite mais il a été placé au sol, la quatrième personne a dormi par terre. »
