« The price for the room and the beds were the only good things about our stay. The staff does not speak English at all, not even reception. At the spa the girl there did not understand the words swimming pool or towel, quite bad and impossible to communicate, then afterwards they wanted to charge us for tue swimming cap without telling first about it. The breakfast was Ok, but no coffee at all! Only instant coffee and the coffee machine, Nescafé, which was broken. A real shame since Turkey has...

« This konak did not meet our expectations. It was a nice konak, but we expected more from other reviews and the price. They don’t do sira nights anymore, which was a shame. Their breakfast is very basic and we had to look for the staff to ask for breakfast, it was not an open buffet. The room was nice and modern, while still giving you that authentic Mardin feel. Everything was very clean. »
