Hotel thought I wouldn’t notice.
It’s hard to complain for the price but I paid few dollars more for the biggest option of the two rooms listed. Instead I got the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. How do I know? My friends had 5-6 rooms booked with their families for new years, they said my room was extremely small compared to any of their rooms. It was only 2 feet around the entire double bed. That was the whole room.

We booked for 4 days for 2 adults and 1 kid (4 yr old) as we go in Makati for Christmas Vacation but suddenly when we came there the FO said kids not allowed... Why they didn't informed me ahead of time so we can cancel it and no one ever messaged me that we cant check in the hotel bec. we had kid with us.. The FO said i need to request a refund because they will refund my money but when i requested the website emailed me that the hotels declined my request refund.. I was very upset with their policy . We saved that money for our vacation but one blink its all gone coz they dont want to refund plus the staffs are not that approachable.. we waited long and they saw us in a lane waiting for our turn and no one ever told us kids are not allowed...

The first day I walk in the surround is not safe the place smell very bad and the room is so small. We have no choice to stay one nite but next day we check out. If you kindly refund me the remaining days. We came around 12:00 am and left early that day. Please if you can refund me the remaining days. Thanks

I was charged extra because the towel i left was dirty and had a stain. No hotel on earth chargers extra if you use their towels. What next? Extra charge from used toilet paper and sheets!? In general the rooms are small in a shady area and you need to be awere of your surrounding and what you have in your pockets.

Great hotel with a clean pool on top, secure, must have a room card to get in. But, it is a poor area and fenced off from the BGC witch is the nicest part of Manila. This makes it a bargain with just a 1/2 mile walk away. Great place to stay long term on a budget.

My mother just got out today after 5 days she was quarantine as soon as she landed Philippines, the room did not a have tv, the window is so small, she was miserable we understand she can't come out and no visitor, but not having tv in room, even though she requested it a few times

NOT A SAFE PLACE TO STAY!!! worst hotel i've ever been, we stayed in your hotel last July 08,2021, di namin enexpect na magiging worst ang stay namin sa hotel na yan, we are very dissapointed sa security ng area,regarding sa parking ng area, yes wala kayong parking and "PARK ON YOUR OWN RISK" yes pero kayo ang taga jan eh kaya naniwala kmi na okay lang ipark dun and the staff didn't advice us na ganon pala mga tao jan sa area na yan di nmn sa kanila kalsada jan pero bat ganon? kayo na mismong staff sa hotel alam nyo kng may nag papark sa area na yan pero mismo yung guard nag vouch na okay lang daw mag park dun kasi wala nmn daw nag papark, by the way we are from Samar came to Manila to pick up the brand new car that we purchased from toyota so bagong bago, syempre kami nmn naniwala sa guard na okay lang mag park sa area na sinabi nya. sa gilid lang pinark ang sasakyan which is kitang kita lang ni guard so ano yung habang ginagasgasan yung buong kotse is wala lang? ano yun tulog si guard? or pinabayaan lang? kahit wala kayong parking guest pa rin kami. you can't blame us na mgalit or ma feel bad kasi pinaghirapan namin na kunin yung kotse d nmn tayo tumatae ng pera dba??? tpos ganon lang? walang Malasakit? my major concern is the safety of your tenants and guest. ipaglaban nyo yang PARK ON YOUR OWN RISK!!!! i am a hotelier too pero d naman ganon ka unprofessional yung mga security namin.Ininsist nyo nlng dapat na sa BGC nlng mag park. kakatakot!!!

The worse hotel in manila
Everywhere plates that your not allowed to smoke. When you ask the guards where the smoking area is, he say just around the corner. Another says in the basement. Then after paying 1000 deposit, a guard start making pictures with his cellphone and then the manager comes to tell you that they keep the 1000 because you're smoking on the wrong place. Wow. Never ever seen. What a rip off, what a bad way to make extra money.
