When we arrive at the unit , there was no light yet , but we ask the front desk and they turn it on. No internet, No TV, we have to talk with the front desk to turn on the ac. We tried to call the owner but cannot be reached, we texted her and she texted back and said her nephew is coming to help us, he came next day to connect the internet and tv, apparently the service was disconnected according to the nephew and the front desk. he said he is coming back but took soo long and we have to leave because we have appointment. (We waited until 5:00pm that day for him to come back), we texted him the next day , he did not answer. after a week he did not came back., until the third week , he came and fix the tv. No communication from the owner even until we left the unit on our way back to the airport. Not good experience at all.
