This is my 2nd stay in Nobu Hotel. This time we have a total of 5 rooms. Most of them are first timers. The mattresses are too soft and not good for the back. The complimentary mini bar is a great idea. There are a lot of dining options but would be good to have a food court. It would be excellent if they have a smoking and non-smoking casino. The property grounds are great for photo-taking. We did not travel out of the hotel so much. Just visited the Ayala Mall which is walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room 7530, we found cockroaches crawling on the table by the coffee machine. We notified the front desk, but they did not seem to care at all. At this point, nobody from Nobu management team has called us and apologized for this disgusting finding.

The hotel and the room is clean. The manager and the bellmen are pleasant and very helpful. They are always willing to help if I need assistance. Great place, accessible to shopping mall snd airport.

I LOVE this hotel! The staff & amenities are top notch. One of the best hotels I've stayed at and I plan to continue to stay at their other locations when I travel again. One of the things I loved was when they did cleaning service in my room, they left a bookmarker with a meaningful quote! I kept them all!

The staffs are amazing. The overall experience is incredible. The only spot I didn’t like was the casino area and the restaurants area, they smelled So bad for not having designated smoking area/room.

This hotel has really bad smoke issue, it was so bad we were not able to rest well and we all got sick. The smoke smell stuck to all of our stuff even days after leaving the property. We’ll never come back again
