Agréable séjour, cadre et accueil sympathique du personnel , grande piscine couverte surveillée et fonctionnelle, salle de sport à disposition, parking ... compensent la petitesse des chambres et la simplicité des salles d'eau (dans certaines chambres)

Hostel for the price of a higher end hotel
You are paying a huge premium for the gym access because the standard of the rooms is really low! There are decent comfortable hotels in the UK for £40-60 all over. Here it is more like a hostel than a hotel and at £90 you can certainly find better. I had a bathroom with no seperate shower, just a shower head coming from the wall in front of the sink and toilet meaning after taking my morning shower on the dirty bathroom floor, the bathroom was soaked and I couldnt really use it without getting wet. The shower head was also more like a hose pipe with extreme pressure so it was more like being jet washed than showered. Restaurant menu is limited, breakfast average and the whole building is cold probably due to the main door swinging open all the time with gym visitors. The gym facilities are great and you have access to the classes but I would only recommend staying here if it is primarily for the gym. Otherwise Ibis or travel lodge are better quality and cheaper. I stayed here before in an upstairs room and rated it as ok for one night if you dont expect much from the room but want a gym. That time I had 'normal' (although substandard) bathroom facilities. I wont be staying here again because it is actually WAY overpriced. I stay in 2-3 different hotels every week all over Europe and this is the first time I have had shower facilities like this.

Chambres minuscules et piscine pas très propre...
J'ai choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité de Didsbury et la piscine. Mais cette dernière est très vétuste, tout comme les vestiaires et les douches. Ce n'est donc pas très propre... La propreté des chambres est parcontre ok mais les chambres sont minuscules... Je n'y retournerai pas...

Hotel avec piscine et centre de remise en forme
Un peu en retrait de l'axe principal, cet hôtel est au calme. Un grand parking et un aspect extérieur très soignés. La piscine et le centre de remise en forme offrent de nombreuses possibilité de détente. Par contre, la chambre qui m'a été attribuée n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles: moquette sale, fuites suspectes au plafond de la salle de bain, tuyauterie des toilettes très, très bruyantes, tables de travail en mélaminé qui se démélamine, traces de peinture sur les poignées de porte.

Got to check in early which was fab. The guy on the desk was very helpful regarding getting into Manchester. The room was light and looked newly decorated with good furniture and comfy bed and pillows. Great night sleep. Would definitely stay again

Clean and comfortable however, the hotel is fairly out of the way and the bar / restaurant area lacked any atmosphere.

The food and coffee were brilliant, the rooms were nice and the spa facilities were glorious! Lovely walks nearby. The staff were also super kind and friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return if I'm back in the area!

Lovely Hotel and Facilities
Arrived after visiting the Christmas Markets, check in was swift and got to our rooms quickly. The double rooms are on the small side, luckily we booked 2 separate rooms otherwise may have been a squeeze for 2 of us. Rooms were comfortable, did heat up quickly. Breakfast was lovely, consisting of full English buffet, continental and cereals, juices etc. After check out we made use of the hydro spa facilites. Was disappointed the main pool, jacuzzi and steam rooms were out of use due to maintenance works but the small hydro pool and other steam/sauna rooms were good. Nice changing facilities in female area although did notice some mould spots in the shower area.
