LOCATION:

To check our exact location, search University academy 22 , as we’re just a stones throw from there. Our closest train station is Manchester Piccadilly and it’s only 20 minutes tram away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 4 minutes walk away at Old Trafford tram stop.



PARKING:

We have a designated parking space right next to our apartment!



THE BEST BIT:

Convenience is key with this apartment being a 7 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and 10 minutes to Old Trafford Football Stadium



BEDROOMS:

You'll find peace and tranquility our bedroom. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience



BATHROOM:

We supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.



LIVING ROOM:

Our living room has everything you've come to expect with TV and Netflix. We also have a sofabed but please note the bedroom and the living room cannot be divided.



KITCHEN:

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook. We also have a coffee machine



DINING AREA:

Even if you’re not cooking there’s space to eat your takeaway!



GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:

We have a washer dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets),



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria train stations are easily reached by tram or bus, offering national rail services.
