Pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du centre ville sa situation est idéale l emménagement de l hôtel est magnifique le spa en libre accès au top et le personnel est agréable dommage que les chambres manquent de luminosité et que les recouches ne soient pas faites à temps gros problème il n y a pas assez de transats pour tout le monde à la piscine pour un 5* c est dommageable

l'hôtel est très bien situe les photos contractuel posté par expedia sont un peu trop valorisés .Aucune chambres de l'hôtel n'a de vue sur mer ,elles sont vu sur une cour intérieur le personnels est agréable la restauration est excellente

Bonjour; très bel établissement avec beaucoup de confort, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant est vraiment top. Dommage que la chambre est trop sombre, les fenetre donne sur une cours intérieur. au cas ou vous avez une voiture acces plus compliqué. Sinon pas trop mal situé

Parfait
Séjour parfait, rien à redire ! Chambre propre avec des cadeaux de bienvenue en arrivant dans la chambre et tous les soirs vous recevez de l'eau et un apéritif, ce qui devient de plus en plus rare dans les hotels que ça soit 4 ou 5 étoiles. La piscine est très agréable, la vue est splendide. L'hotel respecte les règles liés au covid surtout au petit déjeuner, il est servi à la carte et non en buffet comme certains hotels dans palma pour en avoir fait d'autres pendant mon séjour sur l'ile. L'hotel est magnifique, le service est impeccable et le personnel est très sympathique, ce qui peut être rare aussi meme dans un 5 étoiles.

Le personnel de l'hôtel même était génial. Pareil pour le service du bar. Ce qui nous a dérangé était la façon d'organiser le petit-déjeuner. Il n'y avait pas de buffet et tout devait être commandé au personnel qui n'arrivait pas à suivre et ne nous servait pas ce qu'on avait demandé. Un autre point négatif était l'odeur dans les parties principales. Mais en gros on a passé un très bon moment. Super terrasse sur le toit avec une vue splendide.

Way to expensive for what you get better experience for same amount in St Regis They even ask for a extra tip for personnel at check out NOT Good they have great staff and charge way too much they should pay better the staff so they don’t have to ask for Tip at check out!!!

The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. The double superior room is not worth the money. It's s nice hotel but not super convenient. The rooftop was probably what saved it from a lower grade. Also I was charged 35 euro each for breakfast, that was far too high. Other staff, rooftop, breakfast and cleaning were excellent.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Hotel El Lorenc! Reception were extremely helpful before and throughout as were the breakfast and rooftop waiters. We were given a light room as requested and enjoyed both the rooftop and spa pool. Highly recommend!

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Always attentive helpful and constantly and genuinely friendly. Their warm and considerate attitude was noticeable every day. We had a fantasic weekend in this hotel. The staff - every single person - was amazingly friendly and always greeted with a smile. The room was outstanding, as well as the rooftop bar, the pool and the Spa. The location is perfect. The concept of breakfast and the breakfast itself is perfect. We enjoyed every single minute. Alles gut, vor allem die Lage ist sehr gut und der SPA Bereich sowie das Rooftop. Der Service ist auch top. Allerdings sind die Duftmaschinen im Flur zu heftig.

Mukava pieni hotelli, jossa vallitsi rauhallinen tunnelma johtuen kohtuullisesta asiakasmäärästä. Henkilökunta ja palvelut loivat mahtavan vierailukokemuksen. Aamiainen ja ruoka olivat erittäin laadukkaita. Ainoa miinus tulee hotellihuoneen äänieristyksestä ja talvikaudella ilmastoinnista, joka oli asetettu vain lämmittämään, joten yöllä oli asteen verran liian lämmintä nukkua.

I stayed here with my friend for my 40th birthday celebration and so glad we did! We loved it and felt spoilt whilst there, it was first class. Staff were all friendly and attentive and the hotel staff made my birthday special for me 😊 it was very quiet and relaxing with Moorish design and Balearic beats. Very clean and flawless design inside with a great roof terrace for enjoying the sun and evenings food / drinks. Breakfast was yum. We ate in Dins restaurant on my birthday and it was a lovely way to spend the evening having a tour of Majorca by the dishes served. The chef was also very accommodating to my vegetarian needs and my quirk of not wanting to eat eggs I can see (don’t ask). I felt this was such good service to have this catered to. Taxis were quick to the hotel to venture out or it felt very safe having a wonder outside in the evenings. Easy to go to and from the airport quickly. I’d love to stay again.

Exceptional hotel and service. Absolutely stunning hotel. Brilliant staff, brilliant hotel, brilliant location. Will definitely return. My wife and I came here for a birthday celebration and our experience was above and beyond our expectations. The staff when checking in and the staff serving breakfast are so professional and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble.

Exquisite attention to detail in their rooms and through out the property. Spa area and indoor pool was amazing, private and very clean. After staying here the bar has been set so high for hotel rooms it will be difficult staying at other hotels. A few suggestions I noticed were: Urba rooftop dining felt closed in and a bit cheap of an atmosphere in comparison to prices they are charging. Unable to see any view from the table unless you stand up. Also, if someone asks for a juice or cup of coffee upon departure due to leaving very early in the morning for a flight, at a hotel with this stature I didn’t expect to be charged 7 Euros for each item especially when I didn’t have milk in my room to use the provided Nespresso machine. That was very petty and distasteful just as I was checking out. The woman actually waited for a server to ring in a bill for my coffee before she proceeded with my checkout, as if they could afford a complimentary coffee to a guest that stayed 2 nights, ate on premise, paid 35 euros to park a car for 7 hours and was hardly on premises (that left a bad impression).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt hier. Bei der Ankunft schon ein netter Willkommensgruß auf dem Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt optimal um in die Altstadt oder an den Strand zu gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und vom Pool aus hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch öfter wiederkommen.

Perfect
Exceptional hotel. Extremely beautiful but rooms designed with function top of mind as well. The views from the pool and bar are delightful. Overall though the hospitality and warmth shown by the staff was the standout.
