« clean room, sweet neighborhood, great bus connections »

« We specially booked a 2 bedroom apartment, which was confirmed in our Expedia booking. When we arrived it was a 1 bed with a sofa bed. This aside, the kitchen cupboard was off the wall, the bath was cracked, the tiles were broken and so was the dressing table and mirror. We communicated all of this to the host and their only answer, was that they would cancel the booking (as we are stood in the apartment) and give us a refund. We had no choice but to do this and were left in London trying to...

« We had a wonderful two-week stay during our trip to London. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the regular housekeeping service was excellent. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the tube station and supermarkets, making it...

« Great flat, centrally located on quiet street. Host was great to work with and though of lots of extras to make the stay more comfortable!! Highly recommended.. »

« Bien pour un court séjour. »

« I have been visiting London regularly for 15 years, and this hotel is by far my absolute favorite. We only stayed for 2 nights, and it was way too short! I could write a whole novel about how wonderful our experience was. Located right in the heart of the beautiful Hampstead, a true London jewel, La Gaffe is the perfect place if you are looking for an authentic and minimalist stay that still provides everything you need for a comfortable trip. The rooms are highly functional and perfectly...

« Old and dirt carpets in the rooms »

« Chosen because of proximity to Paddington, but positively surprised by staff (Fozia) who went out of her way to get me an early check in and room which was quiet and clean. So good choice if you have an early train to catch »
