« The hotel is a great option for someone traveling alone or in a tight budget. In my opinion it is in a very busy street and the area is extremely noisy. I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. My other comment is that hot water only lasts 40 seconds. I know this is normal in this type of hotels, just keep it in mind. Other than that, hotel is very clean, excellent service from staff and facilities are adequate. »

« They tried to switch me to adjoining hotel (De Clark) to much inferior smaller room. Then, to a bit larger room which was also inferior to what I had booked. I refused and showed them photos of spacious room I had booked. Eventually, after wasting over 1/2 hr, they gave me the type of room I had booked and in the hotel I had booked in »

« Left too early for breakfast First room no second towel, burn holes on sheets but didn’t see dirt or blood as others reported. Had to ask for toilet paper, window opens to junk thrown out from hotel. Overhead shower placed dead center of the actual bathroom (no shower stall) Had paid for room with balcony/city view. Clerk said “but that would be ONLY on 2nd floor”-“No problem I said”- we moved - no towels but now we had toilet paper small metal rod balcony has view of dirty narrow city alley...

The reception staff were polite yet not concerned with the complaints.
No dining area. So, unnecessary room service charge(maybe).
Only two dishes came when I ordered four, after 1.5 hours. So had to return and cancel it.
No apology or any offers for compensation.
No toilet paper. Had informed them about it at the reception p2p and still didn’t get it.
The blanket was also dirty. Informed them and got no response.
Went out to eat after that. No any good...
