L'accueil à l'hotel est parfait ainsi que la propreté. Je ne m'attendais pas à une chambre aussi petite et surtout un coté du lit collé au mur. Pas du tout agréable pas digne d'un bel hotel L'insonorisation de la chambre est à revoir complément. C'est vraiment dommage, car l'hotel est très bien situé, proche du métro, dans une rue calme à proximité des rues commerçantes, et des sites principaux qui peuvent être faits à pied. Je recommande cet hotel, mais certainement pas dans la même chambre ou j'ai séjourné 4 nuits.

"There is a Chinese restaurant inside this hotel. They play music at full volume, like a nightclub. If your room is on the first floor, this hotel is a real nightmare."

Lovely hotel with amazing friendly staff, room was a little small but more than adequate for what we needed, great location close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to. Food in restaurant was amazing. Would definitely go back and stay in the same hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A boutique hotel. If you like bigger room, do not book the standard room as it is pretty small, only about 120 sf. Rooms are clean but space is very tight. Two people in a room is a crowd. Tiny sink and no place to put toiletries. Shower water pressure was very good and maid service was punctual.free water only as you arrive , otherwise need to purchase.small tv , no English speaking channels! Safe was inoperative.good for a short stay or for single person not requiring lots of space. Bed was clean and comfy. AC didn’t work well but was repaired once I let front desk know. Very convenient central location, close to business district with lots of restaurants, cafés and local businesses.

This was a great hotel in a central location. The staff was lovely, and the food at the bar/restaurant and lobby cafe were all delicious. The drawbacks are that the room was pretty tiny with the bathroom basically being in the bedroom (would not recommend if you want any iota of privacy) and the hotel lobby had an extremely strong smell (like perfume) that was making both my husband and I sick.

Lo calificó mal porque a pesar de que el hotel está recién remodelado definitivamente no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas que es como está publicado. La relación costo-calidad no corresponde y las fotos evidentemente están retocadas. La habitación aparte de ser muy muy pequeña no tenía ni persiana, el edificio malo, etc. A pesar de todo el personal nos atendió bien, lo cual supongo es la razón por la que no está mal calificado pero reitero que esto no es hotel de 4 estrellas.

Zimmer leider ein wenig zu klein - wir brauchen für einen Städtetrip zwar nicht viel Platz, aber dass man nur auf einer Längsseite Zugang zum Bett hat und über den Mitbewohner rüberklettern muss, um aus dem Bett zu kommen, war extrem ner. Ansonsten aber nett eingerichtet und gut durchdachte Lösungen für WC, Dusche und Ablage. Perfekte Lage zur U-Bahn, aber alles fußläufig erreichbar.

If you want to stay at a hotel with no expectations while on a budget, this isn't a bad hotel. Otherwise, stay away. During my stay there: 1- the safe didn't work, I asked 3 times to fix it and best they would do is tape the back of the batteries cover, and that still didn't fix it 2- you can't control the thermostat. You turn it on and hope it's blowing cold or hot air. The room gets very cold at night 3- the sink is basically a circular shaped bowl that's about 15×15 inches. You can barely fit your hands in there 4- the shower switches between one shoeer head to another on it's own
