Seacrest can easily be described as a pinnacle. It is a stunning contemporary signature villa that definitely has the WOW factor; additionally, it is set atop a commanding highpoint overlooking the countryside and sea at Ponta do Sol, long recognized as the sunniest place in Madeira, with endless breathtaking views you will never tire of.Beautifully furnished throughout, with marble flooring, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, centrally controlled lights, blinds and blackouts, a high-tech modern kitchen, a fantastic games room, makes this the perfect choice for a dream villa holiday in Madeira. Imagine yourself relaxing by the fabulous infinity swimming pool or enjoying a quiet moment on the balcony or in the tranquil terrace whilst enjoying those views! The whole of the ground floor is an open plan living space with a sitting area that overlook and lead to the front terrace and infinity swimming pool. Meander onwards past the enormous state of the art open plan kitchen to the minimalist games room with billiards, table football and smart Tv with PlayStation. Also on this floor is the twin bedded bedroom and an adjoining shower room.Outside is the large terrace with that amazing infinity pool, sunbeds, sun-umbrellas and comfortable outdoor furniture for a quiet moment. At the rear of the villa is a complete barbecue area with bar, sink and prep counter, gas barbecue and outdoor dining table and sun umbrella.
The large Master bedroom is on the first floor and opens to the front balcony via the floor to ceiling sliding doors. Waking up in the morning to those wonderful views is an experience not to be missed. Via the walk-in wardrobe is the premium en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and walk-in shower. The corridor leads to the third bedroom with en-suite shower room, also with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and views of the surrounding countryside, opening to the front balcony. A secluded terrace with seating area to the side looks to the west and provides an away from it all place for a quiet moment.

The 7th and 8th guests are accommodated on extra fold-out beds placed in the games room.
To ensure there is enough space and comfort for guests, these are only provided and prepared when there the villa is occupied by more than 6 guests.
Should guests require, for personal reasons, the extra beds to be prepared when there is a smaller number of people sharing,, the rental value for occupancy by 7 or 8 applies.

Swimming pool heating:
Heating is optional and costs 175,00€ per week for 24ÂșC, paid in cash on arrival.

Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Nearby
The village of Canhas with a larger supermarket, a couple of cafés, a pizzeria, pharmacy and bank is 2 Km away; in the other direction, off the roundabout that provides access to the expressway, there is another larger supermarket and café, as well as another selection of cafés in the small shopping centre.
The town of Ponta do Sol (4 Km away), one of the oldest in Madeira, is very picturesque, with small winding pedestrianised streets leading down to the seafront and rocky beach, where you will find a couple of trendy bars.
The larger town of Ribeira Brava, with a greater selection of cafĂ©s, restaurants, shops, banks, a larger branded supermarket, and another rocky beach with facilities, is only a short 6,5 Km or 8 minutes’ drive.
An easy drive along the Expressway and Motorway to Funchal will only take you 30 minutes, and to the airport, 40 minutes.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 500€ is required, charged in advance to a credit card.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

Quel dommage d’une route bruyante si proche, d’un chenil avec des aboiements permanents. Un peu plus de rigueur dans l’entretien (1 climatisation qui fuit, lumiĂšre dĂ©fectueuse, mobilier jardin en piteux Ă©tat,lunette wc dĂ©fectueuse), cela dĂ©pareille face Ă  une magnifique villa avec un somptueux paysage

This was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Seacrest is a stunning modern villa (we felt like lottery winners) The quality of the villa is outstanding, beautifully furnished rooms with all the mod cons. Seacrest has views to die for, a fabulous infinity pool, games room and lovely gardens. We would recommend a car as you are a little remote however you need to be a confident driver as the roads are not for the faint hearted. Funchal is definitely worth a visit, if your a golfer, highly recommend Palheiro, great course, lovely clubhouse with fantastic views over Funchal. We ate out in Ponta da Sol, Steak and Sun was our favourite. All in all a fabulous holiday made by the quality of Seacrest.

The home is beautiful — one of the nicest we’ve ever rented. It’s setting is perfect, the views incredible, the house is furnished impeccably, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, and the outside living space is plentiful and varied. You’ll immediately feel at home and won’t want to leave. Two things that, while not negative about Seacrest, renters should be aware of: the drive to the property (especially the driveway leading to the house) is not for the faint of heart. Having said that, this applies to most of Madeira. Generally, the roads are in excellent condition and best-in-class highways/tunnels/directional signage are plentiful. But be aware of roads that scale the side of the mountains — the drop-offs are steep! The other comment we’d offer to visitors pertains to “the dogs”. As noted in other reviews, the sound of barking dogs (from both a nearby kennel and from individual homes) can, at times, be intense throughout the day and night. Unfortunately, the best solution we found was to shut the windows which was disappointing given that the weather and scenery is so perfect. It may not bother everyone — just something to be aware of. All is all — Seacreast is an elegant and wonderful place to spend a holiday.

After 2 years of not going abroad what a way to spend our holiday. The villa is absolutely beautiful, very ultra modern with everything you could want or need there. The views are amazing, you definitely need a car unless hill walking is your thing. We ventured out every other day and found some fabulous restaurants around the island but a bbq & bar in the garden and great kitchen area in the villa made for wonderful nights in. Check in and out was spot on and our host was always on hand if anything was needed. There is a small kennel at the bottom of the valley so twice a day you could hear the dogs when it was feed time but then there is 2 churches in the valley too. Can honestly say it didn’t bother us. Over all would highly recommend.
