« This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. Every morning we walked down the path along the river to cowboy coffee. Enjoyed the short walk to the gondola along with all the amazing restaurants and stores in telluride. We didn’t need to drive anywhere except when we went fly fishing. We enjoyed the sounds of nature just outside our window. The complex hot tub was perfect after long hikes we took. Bed was super comfortable. Great location!! »

« Very cute, well-stocked condo that was a much better value than any area hotel. Was off-season for Telluride so it felt like we had the whole town to ourselves. The community hot tub was modern and cozy. Just steps from our condo, we had the hot tub to ourselves all weekend. This would be the ideal place to stay during skiing season. »

« Property has a nice appearance, but there were several issues with the property and were conveyed to the manager. The last day was very aggravating. We advised the property manager of an issue and the last day workers arrived to work on the roof. All we heard was loud banging and drilling. Very annoying when you're trying to relax after skiing. »

« The house is very interesting with a unique flow (entry is on the third floor). Theater seating is a bonus! The driveway is tricky in the winter with a hairpin turn in the middle. The beds aren’t exactly as advertised, as one is a “kiddie” mattress in a loft (up a ladder). Really sleeps two couples (which we were not). Overall though, we liked the place! »

« This was a really nice spot to stay if you are looking to snowboard/ski Purg. The house is well equipped with everything you need and plenty of room. They are not kidding about the 4x4 and quality tires though, definitely necessary during the winter months. I would definitely book again. »

« Nice condo. Loved the location. A hiking trail right behind and a river in front. Quiet and still close enough to walk everywhere. We did have a problem with the hot water heater the first night. We were given access to the unit next door until the plumber could come and check it out. No issues after he looked at it. The condo could use a few tweaks like more coffee mugs and drinking glasses and some new pans. But other than that, very well stocked with lots of towels, toilet paper, paper...
