« Very nice and spacious rooms. Restaurant at the rooftop was great for views and drinks. Food was just ok. Breakfast buffet was exceptional on the other end. Only tiny complain is the soap pumps in the bathrooms were rusty and not working. Housekeeping obviously knows and ignore! Please replace immediately! Staff super friendly! I would go back! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice einwandfrei. Die Lage in Masaki ist hervorragend - man erreicht diverse tolle Restaurants und Bars (Cape Town Fish Market, The Waterfront, Samaki-Samaki, ...) in KĂŒrze, trotzdem ist es rund um das Hotel komplett ruhig. Einzig auf meine Anfrage per Mail...

« I didn't like anything due to the fact we couldn't even find the place in the beginning because it's not an actual hotel. The staff reported my reservations was cancel which was not true so leaving me to think I'm in another country with no where to stay. The place was not clean and look nothing like the picture with the decorations. We had to ask for cleaning supplies the first night just to take a shower and not be discussed. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I'm not the one to do...
