En 2023, le wifi est un vrai problème dans cet hôtel. Il ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres et lorsque l’on bouge pour raison professionnel ceci est un vrai problème de devoir aller graver dans le lobby pour capter un faible wifi de mauvaise qualité. L’hôtel est vieux et le système électrique n’est plus aux normes. L’absence de prises électriques près du lit pour charger son téléphone est aussi un problème. Les mini frigo sont bruyants et si on l’éteint, le dégivrage entraine une inondation dans la chambre. Point positif de l’hôtel : le buffet petit déjeuner

Accueil catastrophique. Notre réservation n'a pas été trouvée tout de suite. Après nous avoir laissé patienter près d'une heure, la réservation n'est toujours pas trouvée. On nous a même affirmé que nous l'avions annulée! Après une nouvelle heure de négociation avec un soit-disant manager, une chambre est enfin trouvée. 3 lits pour 4 personnes... Un scandal. Seul avantage, une jolie piscine et un personnel très gentil.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était bien! En effet on y retrouvait plusieurs hôtels proches donc il y avait beaucoup de touriste et c’était très facile de trouver un taxi ! Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, elle était très très médiocre, nous sommes aller manger à l’hôtel à côté ! Nous avons essayé le restaurant italien, premièrement il n’y avait pas de chef, personne en cuisine :// notre serveur était super gentil, mais la nourriture… Sinon les installations sont superbes, la piscine est fantastique

Séjour a Louxor
Tres bon rapport qualite-prix dans cet hotel donnant sur le Nil. Chambre confortable avec une belle vue sur le jardin, la piscine et le Nil. Le petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet etait correct, sans plus.

Très bon hôtel, mais...
Superbe hôtel, magnifiques piscines (2), repas de bonne qualité et variété de choix, de nombreux services (salle de squash, de sport...) L'hôtel est par ailleurs très propre, bien entretenu et bien situé Il est juste regrettable que le prix payé sur place ne correspondent pas au prix indiqué sur le site (on a payé environ 10-15€ de plus, à cause de taxes apparemment, pourtant déjà indiquées sur hôtels.com...)

Très décevant la propreté et l’ambiance de l’hôtel la réception est très grande et propre mais dès que vous arriverez à l’étage le choque commence c’est dommage puisqu’il est bien situé au cœur de LUXOR.

Bien mais pas pour un long séjour .
Hôtel méritant pas entre 4 et 3 étoiles . Mérite d’être rénové. Trop de climatisation dans l’hotel, les chambre très froide la nuit a cette période nous en sommes tombés malade . La nourriture du petit déjeune laisse à désiré , mérite quelque changement. Wifi fonctionne très mal. Hormis ces points négatifs personnel à l’ecoute et à disposition. Pour une balade en véritable felouque aller voir hashraf bateau maggi moon. Personne adorable et très humaine parle très bien anglais .

I reserved a king size bed for my husband and I. They put us in two different bed. They said room with king size bed not available. There was no internet access in the room. It was very cold and the heater in the room was not working. We froze to death in the room. It was terrible.

Not sure why others had issues with the hotel. Our staff was more than pleasant. Lovely hotel,staff are very welcoming and helpful with queries. Pool staff are very helpful too! Clean room, and hotel staff are able to make arrangements and help with any issues with our flights or trips. Thank you for a lovely staff, will defo be booking the hotel again if I return to Luxor.

Where to start, property is not even worth giving 2 stars.we felt unsafe in the room because all doors are broken and anyone can fource to push it open. Bed sheets were given diry and we asked to change them at firstday. Generally rooms were pretty dirty and outdated . We are normally not complaining for small stuff but these are more visible. If you wanted do yourself a favor, please consider another property. Especially free brakefast was awful even 2 star property can provide you decent food choices. One time we were refused to allow into buffet because they given priority to a tour group to eat first. BIG THUMS DOWN. They need your money but not you

We stayed only one night after our Nile cruise and before heading out to the red sea. The staff is very friendly, the hotel has a nice feel to it. Our room was nice and spacious, with a big balcony. The problem was the bathroom. It was in bad condition and definitely needs renovation, tile gaps are black from age/ mold? Shower head is broken in a way where the water sprayed out on one side like a jet so couldn't shower properly. All we wanted is to shower, feel clean and sleep before going further which is why we are disappointed.

Friendly and proactive staff, with safety and comfort top of mind. The hotel is one of the oldest in the area and is dated, but it is well maintained and kept clean. Daily breakfast was fantastic and the morning views of the hot air balloons and the Nile were soon mom it incredible.

Incredibly poor service for a 4 star hotel
Rated 4 stars, but does not deserve that caliber. 4 stars for the pool and the breakfast but otherwise would say it is a 3 star hotel with 2 star service. We have received much better and more hospitable service in Egypt at hotels costing 30 euro per night. We asked them to bring us extra towels 4 times and they were never brought. Our fridge did not close and the phone in the room did not work. Told them about this twice and was not fixed. The third time, they changed us rooms to a smaller room. The hotel manager said he was going to send up a bellboy to bring our luggage to the new room, but no one ever arrived after 20 minutes so moved all our luggage myself. Very few plugs in the room. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, NOT in the rooms, and barely works even in the lobby.

Good but needs technology upgrade
Conveniently located for access to taxis, pick-ups, for tourist sites. Excellent breakfast buffet for vegans and evening buffet is reasonably priced. There's a very good Italian restaurant in hotel complex. I felt safe and welcomed. Staff was friendly. Rooms need some updating but big complaint is that there is no internet access in the rooms. A very slow free internet is available in the lobby and lobby can get crowded with guests using lobby for wifi access. Nice pool and reasonably priced drinks, Gardens are so pretty that couples come there for wedding photo shoots!
