« The apartment is a short walk (7 minutes) from Lucca train station, and the description is accurate - apart from there being no separate terrace accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard garden is nice to have for eating outside etc. The apartment did seem a little dark, but that's the nature of the building. Our host was very helpful, and a few minor issues found upon arrival were rectified on the same day.One suggestion is to provide some tea-bags / coffee for guests. »

« Appartement confortable et très proche à pied du magnifique centre historique de la ville de Lucca. Très propre à notre arrivée, climatisé ( 3ème étage sous les toits sans ascenseur) avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Deux bémols: l'appartement est très bruyant: au pied d'un boulevard très fréquenté, et tous les parkings alentours sont payants: le plus proche et moins cher: comptez 8 euros par jour.(payant de 8h à 20h: les tickets sont payables au jour le jour, veillez à y aller chaque matin...

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui est idéalement situé pour profiter au maximum de la belle ville de Lucca.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse au calme avec vue sur les toits,la climatisation dans toutes les chambres et de manière générale l'équipement de qualité dans tout l'appartement.Mais comme tout ne peut pas être parfait,les escaliers sont un peu raides et ne conviendraient pas à des personnes un peu âgées.En résumé,je recommande cette location. »

« Le studio est charmant, dans la vieille ville de Lucca. Il est idéalement situé, les fenêtres donne sur jardin, donc très calme. Idéal pour avoir des nuits reposantes et faire la grasse matinée.Les conseils de restaurants et bars ont été très utiles. Les hôtes ont été très sympathiques. »

« The unit was clean and spacious. Central location in the historical district. Near bus. stops and the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaints that we have is that the bathroom sink drain was very slow and it took about 3 days and a few reminders to fix it. That was very inconvenient. Also, no hand towels or dish towels. The first few days the towels were locked up too. »

« Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...
