Run away
A room on the 3rd floor without lift. The wifi is so slow that you can’t even use standard applications like Messenger. The hot water in the shower is « alternating ». For the breakfast be prepared to wait 30 minutes. We booked 4 nights but moved to another hotel after 2.

Dear Olivier,Thank you very much for staying at Indigo House and taking the time to publish a review we are very disappointed that you were not happy with your stay.It would be good if you told us when you were staying about the WIFI, so we could check and fix it immediately. We would like you to understand that since the time of Covid 19 pandemic, the hotel changing from serving breakfast as a buffet to a set menu due to safety reasons. so after you order it takes time about 15-30 minutes to cook the hotel is no lift for the elder customer may not convenient to stay on the higher floor and it may be better to book a lower floor.Thanks and best regards,Management Team

This was a very nice hotel. Older rustic style facility but well cared for. Their food was excellent. Every meal I ate there was perfect. The staff is A It’s located right in the middle of a bustling community with a huge night market right across the street. Plenty of sightseeing nearby too

fantastic location.
Hotel is a little tired but is in a great location near to night markets. We had a balcony overlooking main street where lots of people are about and surprisingly once in our room there wasn't much noise. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Good Spot Right in the middle of town
Overlooks the night market, but that ends at 21:00. Tallest building in town with a rooftop bar. Cafe bakery downstairs is excellent. There is an ATM on sight, a beer wholesaler and a booking shop next door. Generally a good experience. The appearance is a little faded but it is still good. Food was very good. TV’s had smart boxes so you can watch YouTube, Netflicks etc. My only real niggle is the lack of hot water. To be fair it is roasting hot and warm water is fine but don’t expect a pipping hot shower. As a bonus all the transfer buses kick you outside. It is the wrong end of town for riverside, but then again no one bothers to try and sell you a sunset cruise. Not cheap, but LP is not cheap!

街中にあり、便利で素敵なホテル
ルアンパバーンの街中。ナイトマーケットの開始点の場所にあり、とても便利なロケーション。室内はとてもお洒落で綺麗。朝食もボリュームがあって美味しかったです。カフェやバーも併設されています。ホテルの従業員やカフェの店員も皆さん親切でした。

朝食が美味しく立地最高の居心地いいホテル

人気のインディゴハウスにキャンセルが１部屋だけ出たので、一人旅には予算オーバーながら予約。ホテル自体はとてもおしゃれでかわいく、スタッフもフレンドリー。朝食も最高！ただ、眺望は期待していなかったけれど、窓の目の前が隣の家！レースカーテンがあるわけでもないので、一切窓開けられず滞在中ずっと真っ暗。部屋の方角によりますが、それだけが残念でした。バルコニー付き、通り側、となっていないお部屋はこの可能性があります。あとはトイレが下水のにおいがけっこうしました。すぐ隣にツアーデスクがあるので、自転車を借りたり滝への往復を頼めました。

コロナでしばらく観光客が来なかったせいか ちょっと古臭い感じになってしまった気がします。 シャンプー等はボトルに入ってるのですが、 そのボトルがちょっと触りたくないくらい水垢で 汚れてました。 立地はナイトマーケットの起点になってるので とても良いですし、ホテルのスタッフが皆やさしく 笑顔で接してくれます。

기본적인 것들이 좀 준비가 안돼있었어요 상황이 그런건 이해하지만 그렇다고 가격이 훨씬 떨어진것도ㅠ아닌데.. 청결에 좀 신경을 더 썼으면 좋겠어요

We really liked staying here! The location was great and even though you are right next to the day market and right in the middle of the night market it was still quiet enough to get a good sleep. The breakfast and food at the restaurant was good and the bakery sold some of the best bread! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel super bem localizado, em frente ao night market e do ladinho da subida do monte Phussi e dos principais templos. Staff cortes e solicito. Quarto amplo e limpo. Cama e lençóis macios. Chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã variado, contendo inclusive ingredientes de um almoço, como saladas, arroz e pasta. So um pouco barulhento por conter um bar no rooftop.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, plus the location was great. The hotel was definitely a little noisy. Noise carries up through the hallways easily, but to me, this was worth it for the great service, central location and awesome breakfasts.

I can not say enough about Indigo House! Our stay was perfect. The hotel is located at the end of the night market and close to many cafes and restaurants. The cafe on the ground floor was great and all their baked goods were tasty. The staff were very helpful and kind. I hope I can come back here again.

2019年の年末に２泊しました。 ＜場所＞ 立地は間違いなく便利！ ①ナイトマーケットに面し、夜の散策が十分楽しめる。 ②徒歩で主要な寺院や博物館、托鉢場所に行ける。 ③レストランやマッサージ店も豊富にあり困らない。 ④ツアーを紹介してくれる観光案内所がすぐ隣にある。 ＜ホテル＞ ウェルカムドリンクやタクシー手配等すぐに対応してくれる。 ①設備の古さや機能性の高さを求めないなら十分。 ②スタッフのホスピタリティは、とてもよい。 ③朝食もブッフェ形式でおいしい。 ＜マイナス点＞ ①シャワーを急がないと水になってしまう。 ②エレベーターがないので荷物や登り降りが大変。 ※荷物は、何も言わなくても運んでくれますよ。

It was on top of a cafe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dao went out of his way to answer and assist with everything I could think of and more. Cafe does get a bit nosy in the morning but mostly because I was on the floor right above.

야시장 바로 앞, 본인은 소음에 민감하지 않아서 위치가 좋았음. 조식도 청결도 친절함도 모두 좋았으나, 엘레베이터가 없다는게 하나의 단점.

The room, hotel, and staff were fantastic. I stayed for four nights and would have happily stayed another four. The complimentary breakfast had many delicious options, and there was fresh fruit in the room every day. The location at the start of the night market makes it a little noisy (only until 10pm) but also makes for great people watching from the balcony or rooftop bar.
