**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of LoulĂ© council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in DiĂĄrio da RepĂșblica 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.

Perfect relaxation

This was our third holiday to this lovely villa and we were delighted with the up dated kitchen and bedrooms.The location is perfect on the edge of the Old Village and within an easy walk to the marina.Looking forward to the next time!

Great property *IT HAS BEEN MODERNISED, location. Very quiet, local shop a minutes walk away. 12 to 15 minute walk to Marina. Couldnt complain about anything. 20 Minute drive from airport and great beaches 5-10 minutes drive down the coast.*THIS PROPERTY HAS ALSO BEEN MODERNISED! NEW KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS!*WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN.

Large Villa

We booked this villa because of its size. There is so much space! However, the quality of the accommodation was poor. The house sleeps 6 people however the electricity supply is not sufficient for 6 people use. If we tried to use more than one appliance or if we tried to use more than one hairdryer at the same time then the electricity would cut out. The washing machine would more often than not cut out the electricity. We called the management company and they sent someone round to deal with the problem. However, the problem couldn’t be fixed so we had to adjust our usage for the week. The villa is in need of modernisation, it’s very dated. The TV is tiny for the size of the property and didn’t have any English language stations.

Another wonderful week at Villa Domingos! This is a fantastic base in Vilamoura, so close to the Old Village and only a short walk to the Marina. The villa is well equipped and very clean and the host Paulo is extremely helpful. See you next year!

Großes Haus mit Pool direkt am Golfplatz

Großes Haus, das fĂŒr bis zu 6 Personen Platz bietet. Die Lage direkt am Golfplatz bietet die Möglichkeit diesen zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch wenn man zum Clubhaus einige Fairways ablaufen muss. Auf der anderen Straßenseite findet man ein Ensemble aus FerienhĂ€usern, Ferienwohnungen und etwas Infrastruktur wie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Dieser ist gut sortiert und bietet alles was man im tĂ€glichen Leben so braucht. Die Bars und Restaurants sind angenehm und bieten am Nachmittag eine Happy Hour. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut und wird den Anforderungen bei der Selbstversorgung gerecht. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine ist bei Belegung mit 6 Personen zu klein.

Wonderful spacious villa in an excellent location on the edge of the Old Village. Communication with Paulo was quick and informative and the villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool was fantastic! Hope we can book again next year!

Brilliant stay!

Firstly it is only right to state that the communications with Paulo were excellent from the outset. Questions were quickly answered and details covering our check in, cleaning visits and options to arrange transport from/to the airport were provided. We took up the transfer option at competitive rates and the arrangements worked perfectly. The pictures on the VRBO site gave an indication of what the property was like but really didn't convey how big the place is. In fairness, for five of our 9 nights there were just 2 of us and 4 for the other four nights so there was plenty of space regardless. The villa is really split into 2 wings. On the left of the entrance hallway there are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is really massive with loads of drawer and cupboard space. To the right of the hallway is what could be classed the living wing with a toilet, large kitchen, dining room, massive lounge, bar area and access to the patio and balcony areas. The latter overlooked part of the L-shaped pool and golf course. The pool was excellent and there are sundecks at both ends of the 'L' meaning that you can get sun all day. The villa is just across the road from the Old Village complex with its bars, bistro and restaurants as well as a small supermarket for those essentials. In keeping with many Portuguese properties the furnishings are mainly dark brown wood. Not to everyone's taste, maybe, but very typical of the area. The location is just excellent and we were blessed with 10 days of sun. What's not to like? Given our great experience with the accommodation itself, the lovely cleaning staff, the shuttle driver and, of course, Paulo we would have no hesitation in booking this villa again. I suspect that my brother-in-law is already plotting a stay.

Very nice spacious villa - maybe a little dated in terms of bathrooms and bath furniture and kitchen an unusually deep pool which we liked A shame that the steps to the pool are via the garage forecourt - the best route was by the kitchen door But these are minor things - overall location and size make up for it all

This is a great villa for a family in a great location. The management company are excellent. I would have given 5 stars on everything but it does need a little updating and some more privacy around the pool area. But all in all really good
