« I was overall impressed with this space. It was very clean, including the hot tub, which is not always the case when you’re renting so I really appreciated that. The location and view of the mountains is to die for I loved how the house was set up in a way that you’re always looking out a window at the mountain no matter what room you’re in. It really created the perfect birthday weekend for me and my friends! Highly recommend »

« Absolutely gorgeous location to appreciate the stars from the hot tub! Loved making smores after using the grill. The game room was great after a long day at the dunes for the little ones. Coffee set up is amazing for the adults. Would love to come back! »

« We had a great experience and the managers were attentive to our needs. Cleaned and cozy and the fireplace was a huge plus. Only thing to note is although it’s close to the dunes as the crow flies it still takes about an hour to get to driving. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). Kristen was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay; we’d definitely come back! »
