À faire au moins une fois ! Dormir sur un bateau mythique ! Chambre très propre mais mériterait un peu plus de charme. Murs simples et ne correspondent pas aux photos mises sur hôtel . Com. Du coup la chambre est un peu chère. Parking obligatoire 30$.

(ITA) La nave é stupenda, é come camminare dentro un pezzo di storia. Lo stile, la musica, le viste.... tutto davvero bellissimo. Oltre a questo, per visitare tutta la nave facendosi una camminata e tutte le foto, puó andare via anche una mattinata, escludendo poi i tour dettagliati delle zone (a pagamento). D'altra parte é relativamente costosa (il costo per notte, il parcheggio di fronte e anche i ristoranti) anche se una parte del costo del biglietto é per la restaurazione della nave. Ci ritornerei comunque, anche solo per una notte. Peccato per il sottomarino di fronte e la mega struttura per accedere all'interno, davvero un pugno in un occhio davanti ad una nave splendida.

It's a walk back in time. Great tour and amazing display of memorable moments in decades gone past. Loved the old music playing and being able to wonder around the ship. Excellent staff.

I am so so happy with this location. I came out here on a business trip. When I looked at hotels, I would’ve never imagined something like this even existing. This meets and exceeds my expectations beyond anything I can say. The art deco is amazing, the preservation of the property the customer service, everything is exceeding all expectations and I cannot thank them enough

Liked that it was walking distance to the Carnival cruise port Knew that amenities on rooms were sparce but actually seeing it and not having it was very uncomfortable. Could not control A/C so room was freezing during the night. Went on a cruise the next day and was sick with a bad cold the whole time.

Very few outlets to plug in your electronics. In my case, there was only one outlet and it was occupied by the TV. I had to disconnect the TV and figure out the way to connect My phone and my wife’s phone for charging

We enjoyed our stay at the Queen Mary with its quaint atmosphere. It was the perfect place to stay if heading out on a cruise with Carnival cruise line as it is waking distance. We had a great time out with friends at the restaurants on board. We also loved the free bus located next to the Queen Mary’s parking lot. It provided many stops including Long Beach seaside where there were many fun shops and restaurants to visit. Overall it was an excellent adventure and must for everyone do discover.

An entirely unique and unforgettable experience that made us feel like we'd been transported back in time. Loved the untouched decor and details of this grand old ship. Truly felt like a night at the museum with the opportunity to roam the halls on all the decks and get a sense of what a historical voyage might have been like. The only issue we had was the noise: the rooms have paper-thin walls and vents in the doors which conduct any sound in the hallways or nearby rooms. Luckily we only stayed one night, so we tolerated the noise, but wouldn't want to book a longer stay.

This is a unique experience so you have to go into it with certain expectations. She is an old ship and completely refurbishing her would take away from the charm. So wallpaper may be losening or tiles may be cracked... it all adds to the charm for me. But there are some things that are a little more challenging like the thin walls. You are warned of this at check in and the staff do their best to quiet people if it's too much. So if you are going to experience the RMS Queen Mary in all her glory and love her for what she is... you will have an amazing experience!

Loved the history but the noise was a pain due to a senior prom going on next to our room.

Jay at the check in desk is great! Every crew member was very nice & the Promenade Café was yummy for both dinner and breakfast. Beautiful woodwork, ambience & nostalgia. Thank you Queen Mary & crew! We’ll be back!

I get that staying there is a novelty. There are no real amenities in the rooms and everything else is overpriced. There is nothing else nearby to have an option with the food and beverages. The walls are paper thin and it was very noisy.

A historical experience. Much of it kept in original condition. But that means 90 years old and in original condition. If you are looking for modern room conveniences this is not it. We were looking for the experience and got what we expected. But pick your times wisely. No heat and no air.

Tommy in the observation bar was amazing. I would have given 5 stars, but many places were under construction, which I get. I did not receive an e-mail copy of my receipt which I asked for when checking out. The water around the ship was horribly dirty. But the rooms were super clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff was really friendly when we got lost in the engine room. Would definitely be back and will recommend. Great stay overall.
