This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that there be no parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise.
The city of San Fernando has its own police department, and they are known for being responsive and attentive to any concerns.

We want to reassure future guests that a licensed pest management company inspected the home and confirmed there is no infestation. The roach seen was an American roach, which can occasionally enter through sinks in spring. We had the pest control spray the perimeter of the house, which is a preventative treatment to avoid future issues.
Additionally, our HVAC company identified a burnt wire, which has been repaired. It was a routine maintenance issue, and we donât expect any further A/C problems.
