Bonjour, Le personnel est vraiment attentionné mais la moquette est sale et notre chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée durant notre séjour. Il y a eu à plusieurs reprises une odeur de cannabis dans les couloirs. C’est dommage parce que globalement l’hôtel est pas mal mais un rafraîchissement des moquettes et un ménage plus régulier améliorerait la qualité de la prestation.

Great but no real breakfast
The global stay was great but the breakfast was really an issue ! No real breakfast (no buffet for 20 dollars ??) And the waiting time was half an hour !!

el espacio de la alberca estaba bonito y se sentía pas. los alrededores de el hotel me gustaron bonito y limpio. Tambien me justo que tienen lavadora y secadora pero $3.00 por cada una se me iso un poco excesivo. también fueron muy amables con nosotros y mi perrito gracias.

We first got there and had our original room got the key to the room, we in our room there is this dirty smell look at the sink clogged smelling super bad then we look up and there is a huge cockroach on the wall, the room smelled really bad since the sink was clogged and the room did not look the cleanest to us, but we were expecting more for the price we paid.

I have slept in this hotel many times, but now I was shocked! Room 427 and 227. Be careful, there are mice behind the fridge!!! the gentleman at the concierge said: I'm sorry about that and I'll give you another room. This is a 1950s American style reaction. it was a golden age. We live in different times now. Wrong age. Bad training. I will never go there again. Sorry

The room cleaning was done only once during our 7 day stay. When we sdked the cleaning, the staff brought an extra bed instead.

NOTE: if you are a traveller esp around the Asia esp SEA, Middle East, Japan, etc don't expect or have a high hopes that this hotel stars will be as the same as hotels in the USA (in general). Lower your expectation about hotel stars in the US. 4 star hotel in USA might be 2-3 standard in other country. :} Anyway, the room is clean though but smaller and outdated. The carpet in the entire building needs a replacement. ITS OLD and DIRTY Looking. Bring your cleaning/sanitazation stuff. Was expecting a lot from the money you spend. Staff and Services- VERY POOR! DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING. Book another hotel or place if you want to have a good sleep. This is a bad location since the hotel is closer to the freeway. Bad bad noise from the vehicles.
