Emplacement parfait pour visiter Los Angeles. Universal studio se trouve à 8 mins de marche sinon lhotel offre un service de shuttle poir vous y conduire. A 15 min en voiture du walk of fame. Tout etait parfait.

Parfait pour une visite a Universal Studio
RAS. Sa proximité du parc Universal est franchement un plus. Il y a une navette pour le parc, mais a pied, c'est 10min. Literie qui mériterait un petit refresh.

Depuis longtemps que je voyage jamais je n'ai vu ça réservations pour trois personnes seul deux déjeuner sont comprs ? Le troisième a plus de 35 dollars !!! Explication du chef de service très hautaine , menteur , il a même sorti une fausse réservation...personnel pas au niveau , chambre et salles de bains pas tres propre , vu le prix de la chambre, tres tres déçu.

Très bel hôtel et. Chambre magnifique avec vue sur les collines. Propreté impeccable et service de qualité. Seule réserve le bagagiste à l’entrée est très désagréable et d’aucune aide.

If you are planning to visit universal studio then this is the place to be. You can walk to the universal studio in 8 min. Shuttle runs every 15 min. View of the mountain from the room is amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Will stay here again.

When we first got there, they gave us a room was that half of a joint room. Nothing like the photo on here. You walk into the room and there is a bed and walls. That’s it. My partner and I found it unacceptable considering the price we paid. So we went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade. The staff was awesome. They gave us a room on the 9th floor (no charge), the room looked exactly like the picture of the traditional king size room. Really happy at the end!

A great hotel with amazing staff. The courtesy bus to Universal Studios was awesome, but the hotel itself was walking distance (~10min). Complimentary water, drinkable in room coffee, comfortable and nothing was too hard for any staff member. As a family with 2 children, it was a fantastic hotel!!!

I didn’t realize this hotel was part of universal studios. If you have children it’s great. If your looking for quiet this is not your hotel. Children were running upstairs in the room above me hours a day which is normal for children. I had only noticed that the hotel was close to my son who was graduating from a local university.

As someone who has never stayed here I wasn’t sure what to expect. The key cards were cool a Super Nintendo Mario themed one. They worked with no issues for the room. I didn’t need it but they had a desk where you could order tickets to universal which saves time or any other info you would need. There’s an elevator should you miss to shuttle to city walk don’t walk up hill it’s a pain in the ass but instead take the elevator to the Hilton. The Starbucks is open to 11 am and they sell everything at fair price while other stuff is hotel price. Everything is very convenient and easy. I didn’t use the 24 hour gym but it’s great they have that and i also didn’t use the pool but you don’t need to bring your towels. I would definitely stay here and recommend the hotel to people. I had one minor issue that wasn’t the hotels fault but the former guest and they handled it right away. They made sure I was the priority.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Universal City and overall had a pleasant experience with a few notable points.First off, the location is fantastic—being so close to Universal Studios was incredibly convenient. It made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day at the park.However, there were a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The hallways leading to the rooms had a musty smell, and unfortunately, the rooms themselves didn't have that fresh, clean scent you'd expect. This was a bit disappointing. Furthermore, the main shower head in our bathroom didn't work, which was quite inconvenient.Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns because it has the potential to be an even better place to stay.I would recommend the Sheraton Universal City for its excellent location and comfortable beds, but I also hope they make some improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.

Such a comfortable room, and the location is perfect for accessing City Walk and the theme park. I liked the hotel pillows so much that I ordered some when I got home!

Customer service and staff are outstanding! It was very clean and the food was good. Easy to get to Universal. They have a shuttle to transport you and comes around about every 15 min or you can walk it in 10 min. Would stay here again.

Overall stay was pleasant upon arrival staff was friendly easy to check in. Room was clean quiet modern. Wish there was alil more dinner choices but food was excellent. Didn’t like parking fees price of hotel you would think parking free or less expensive
