It may look beautiful on the outside but inside the room is old and dingy. Lights are on motion sensor so you can't keep it on. Pillows are lumpy. Worst was the bathroom. Toilet doesn't flush all the way thru, takes 3-4 time trying. The shower head is old and too strong, feels like it was going to rip my hair off. The the nozzle flew off when I tried to adjust it. Shower sprays everywhere onto toilet and door. So the pain on the door was peeling off. The gouts between the tiles are gone and uneven, there were ants everywhere. Oh, not to mention there's no outlet by the bed to charge your phone, you better bring a long extension cord for across the room. There was an extension cord behind the nightstand but did not work at all, the alarm clock was either not working or not plug in at all.
I could have ask for a different room but it was after 1am when I got back to my room. It was a long and tiring day for us. We only want to sleep there 1 night. We also found stain on the comforter. Thank goodness we did not change to 3 nights and moving to nearby Doubletree Hilton. Paying over $150, I feel Ramada has taken my money and ran! Never again!!!!
