CLEANING AND CLEANING FEE

The fee is what local cleaners
charge to CLEAN the unit. It is a ONE TIME CLEANING FEE. so this service is provided only one time for your stay, unless you pay for another cleaning during your stay.


CLEANING BREAKDOWN:
vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc.

CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.

NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days.
Guest staying for more than a few days are responsible for getting their own supplies when our supplies provided finishes.

"Please do NOT move furnitures such as Beds and Couch or Sofas to avoid damage to legs"

Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). All of our hallways have trash chutes in them for dumping trash. Very large trash can be placed in the big dumpsters that can be found on ground levels or garage.

Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning.

PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF OUR BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS THAT BECOME EMPTY.

Example: MULTI PURPOSE CLEANER, VINEGAR, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, HAND AND DISH SOAP, BODY WASH, SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER etc.

LEAVE ALL EMPTY CONTAINERS IN THE UNIT FOR OUR TEAM.

Stained or damaged beddings and towels that occurs during a stay, will be charged to guests directly if not repairable.

Great stay!

Location was excellent. Everything in the apartment worked well despite the building not being new. Great communication with the owner. I would stay there again.

VRBO's worst

I hate to be negative but we had a problem getting into the condo. There was no microwave and they said there was, after a day they had one sent out from Target, cheapest one they could get, a plate hardly fits. Lamp in bed room had not bulb, Ice maker would not work, Shower would not drain, nasty to take a shower, it was never fixed. Kitchen floor damaged, cupboard doors that don't shut, sink with huge black scratches, I was able to get some out with cleaner and a lot of scrubbing.Kitchen poorly stocked We took pictures and sent them to Jeff the manager. My husband was in Cedar Sinai Hospital for open heart surgery and this condo was only 1 mile away, and it had no reviews or we would never have chosen it. I hope you will be wise before try this one.
