‱ The owners normally live on this property and gladly rent it when they are away. During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules.
‱ Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners.
‱ Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $150 fee.
‱ Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. Non-urgent concerns will be addressed the following day.
‱ Pool/Jacuzzi use and heating (if applicable):
 - Jacuzzi use: $60
 - Pool heating: $250 for the first 48 hours; $100/day thereafter
 - Request at least 1 week in advance for proper scheduling
‱ Pool rules:
 - No drinking in or near the pool area. Use plastic cups only.
 - No pets in the pool.
 - Kids must be supervised at all times.
 - Non-potty-trained children must wear waterproof swim diapers.
 - Report any accidents immediately to avoid further damage.
‱ Do not remove pool hoses, vacuums, or equipment—this can damage the system.
‱ Outdoor security cameras are in use for your safety. No indoor cameras. Guests may not move or tamper with cameras.
‱ No smoking inside the home or in patios. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine.
‱ No drugs of any kind.
‱ Drink responsibly.
‱ Please handle all furniture, dĂ©cor, and house items with care. Use coasters and provided table protectors—especially on wood furniture.

 - Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM.
 - No loud music, amplified sound, or live performances.
‱ No parties allowed. Violation will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
‱ No unregistered or unannounced guests. Each unauthorized guest is subject to a $400 fee and/or eviction.
‱ Do not access the guest house or any off-limits areas that are not included in your reservation.
‱ Filming, photoshoots, or productions must be pre-approved. Unauthorized productions are subject to a $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
‱ Pet policy (if applicable):
 - Pets allowed with prior approval.
 - Pet fee: $60 per pet, maximum of [insert number] pets
 - Please clean up after your pet.
‱ Maintenance visits occur regularly (e.g., gardener on Mondays, pool technician on Wednesdays). Guests may not deny them access.

Located in a nice older neighborhood. It's semi-updated, with new paint, laminate flooring, & cheap Amazon furniture. Let's talk about the posting lies!Kitchen: Posting says it's a culinary enthusiast's paradise w/ stainless steel appliances! It's economy style appliances (black painted). LOL! especially since there was NO OVEN, no island breakfast bar, little counter space, refrigerator light was out, & the dishwasher was broken!Bathroom: Post shows 5&4. Actual number is 2 full bathrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Bedrooms: Very spaciousMaster bedroom: No lightbulbs in the lampsKids bunk beds: Previous tenant left strawberry toppings all over the windowsill. Housekeeping didn't clean well. Backyard: Posting states outdoor BBQ/Kitchen! No it was a cheap charcoal standalone grill w/ a ground firepitt. Pool: We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. Never heard of a host charging extra for heating cost.Incident: Mike text in the evening of the 2nd day to let me know the oven was missing & that a technician would be over in the morning. I was on vacation, didn't want to wait or felt comfortable having someone over with our stuff. Next morning, I hear the door open and the tech walk in. Our kids thought a man was breaking in! I told him to go out and message Mike. Mike wanted to come over to fix all the issues and have the tech come over again. Because I didn't want to waste my vacation, I said no. He went silent after that text! You would think he would offer a credit, NOPE
